We had a bad storm on 3/31/2023 that seriously damaged our roof requiring the roof to be replaced. We had numerous out of state contractors knocking on our door a few days after the storm; none of which we felt comfortable with singing a contract. We had a few local contractors provide estimates, but it wasn't until our neighbor referred us to OMNI having had their roof replaced recently. We were impressed with the quality of OMNI's workmanship and their employees work ethic. OMNI from the beginning of the process to the end were great. They did what they said they would do. They were thorough in explaining their products and worked well with our insurance company's adjuster in making sure everything they felt needed to be addressed in the adjuster's claim was addressed. Omni Exteriors has done two roof replacements for us in recent years after major wind and hail storms and did an excellent job both times at reasonable cost. More recently, we developed a roof leak after heavy rains and winds and called Jason who responded promptly and had a crew out the next day. It turned out the leak had nothing to do with the roof installation but instead resulted from corrosion in the exposed chimney pipe (or whatever it's called) above the roof. Omni Exteriors provided a competitive bid and then delivered on that bid. They didn't get into the job and then identify issues to increase the bid. I really appreciated that. The only small changes from the bid was some rot found under the fascia. I'm glad they took the time to repair it and didn't just go over it. The crew did great work with great attention to detail. Omni did my pitched roof, a portion of flat roof, soffits, fascia, gutters and LP Smartsiding. It was a big job and they did it really well. Very professional and very good communication.I believe this example illustrates their level of service and focus on the customer. After they tore off my old siding they could see through the holes in my substrate that the insulation in my second floor walls had settled substantially. They said they would pause their work in order for me to find someone that could spray in insulation. This took me about 1 week. Omni was back on the job the day the insulation crew left. They did an excellent job in the shingling of our entire roof due to storm damage. The only item we were not approve of was the replacing of our gutters. The gutters that were replaced were smaller than what we previously had.
