Jeff was great to work with. He was friendly, efficient, and thorough. He explained everything both verbally during the inspection and in the report. He answered all our questions in detail. We were surprised to learn that he came out to the house we are buying a few days prior to the inspection to set up the radon detector in order to have the results the day of the inspection. The inspector who inspected the home we are selling set up the radon detector the day of the inspection so the buyers had to wait a few days after he completed the physical inspection in order to get the final results. We really appreciated being able to get the results the same day and not have the uncertainty of the results looming over us for days to come. I would highly recommend Jeff!

My husband and I are in our '60s and have bought/sold several homes in four states. Jeff Vry is, BY FAR, the most honest, thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable and professional home inspector we have ever worked with.He responds quickly to phone calls or emails, shows up BEFORE the appointment time, works diligently, clearly describes any limitations of his inspection (due to weather, inaccessible areas, etc), carefully reviews with buyer every part of his report, clarifies which issues are cosmetic versus safety concerns, answers questions thoroughly and patiently, provides a detailed report with photos in sturdy binder (important because you will need to refer back to the report periodically), has report available online almost immediately, responds cheerfully to questions you have in the days following your inspection, etc.Jeff's fees are MORE THAN reasonable, especially considering the amount of time he spends on his inspections.You will NOT find a more thorough and professional inspector than Jeff Vry. You will be impressed by his knowledge, expertise and professionalism.
