Repaired roof where tree fell into it. Re roofed the whole house due to hail damage and installed new skylights. Repairs were done correctly and on time. Excellent work and quality repair. at a reasonable price. Midwest Damage Assesments (Mark Schumann) is a promise the moon and his guys are the best, then 1.5years after a new roof from him because of the derecho. A siding crew points out roofing flaws. Yes a siding crew pointed out the roofers flaws. After they pointed it out I asked a 3rd party and they said it’s bad quality at best! Mark has now moved to a new state (IL) doesn’t return calls, and won’t give his address out. He advised me to send to his old address and it will be forwarded until his house sells and he will then run out of a PO Box in Cedar Rapids. His web presence wasn’t available during the derecho bc he said word of mouth kept him more than busy. Now he’s ducking. I know others with issues w his work, that’s not my battle. I’m trying to save anyone else from the headaches he causes. My wife flagged his personality right away, the derecho had my roof messed up and his “roofers” he claimed were fantastic I bought into it so I take some of the blame for falling for his big talk. Luckily his lack of professionalism (no returned calls until minimum of 5 requests, lack of project leadership or knowing who he was talking to and what about was a bad feeling) had me look for another crew to side the house, replace windows, garage doors, etc. Thankfully I walked from him (them) and found a reputable contractor who picks up his phone every time, returns a text instantly, and is willing to go the extra mile.Service: Refurbishment

Trash storm chasers. Don’t return calls when they leave stuff unfinished. They now live out of state.
