Tim and crew did an outstanding job on our garage addition. He worked with us to get the right design and within our budget. We wanted it to look like it belonged with our home. He paid attention to details. Wanted it to meet both ours and his expectations . They were diligent in sight cleanups. Attention to details to match colors of siding, design of existing home, and matching garage doors. Neighbors commented that the new garage looked like it was always part of the home. We recommend him with no reservations. Check with him and take a look at what he did for us. Perfect!

Tim and his crew did an AMAZING job with my roof! My roof took a little longer to complete as there was more damage and rotting uncovered with initial tear off than previously thought. This crew not only replaced shingles, but a great deal of plywood on my roof. Each evening my yard was cleaned and tools/ supplies put away. A large magnet was also used multiple times in my yard and driveway each day to make sure nails and other metal items did not linger. From quote to finish Tim kept me in the loop and helped me big time with my insurance company. I truly could not have picked a better company to help me get through what was to be a simple project turned big! There were also little extras Tim did for me in the process and cannot thank him enough for!!! We had 3 companies quote our roof replacement and chose Tim because of his timeliness and professionalism during the quoting process. It was the right call as these qualities were evident in his work as well. Tim and his crew did a phenomenal job not only with our roof, but also in diagnosing and inexpensively helping correct attic ventilation problems that contributed to the premature failure of our previous roof. Tim communicated with us very well between the time we awarded the work and the time the work was done, they completed it in the time he committed to, and they did an awesome job of cleaning up before they left. We spent considerable time walking our yard after they left to make sure there were no nails for our kids to step on and couldn't find anything at all. Super job!

We had our roof stripped and shingled by Tim Nichols Construction In July of 2020. We couldn’t be more pleased! Tim and his crew were professional, thorough and meticulous with their work, including the cleanup! Vic and I highly recommend this locally owned business, and would definitely utilize them again with any future projects. And, our our finished roof looks great!

Tim and his crew did an excellent job replacing the shingles on the roof. Tim and his crew were very courteous and paid attention to details. Tim sent good photo support to show what he would do when sending his estimate of work to be done. Crew was careful and clean-up was complete. The job was completed in one day.

Tim and his crew had excellent communication throughout our re-roofing project. They kept our driveway clean and did a magnetic sweep of the entire perimeter of the house to ensure their was no nails or debris left. Top notch service that delivered on time and on budget. Tim replaced the roof on my house. He is an excellent service provider, a good communicator, and a solid individual who does quality work at a reasonable price. Some rotting plywood needed replaced in a couple of areas, which is the sort of thing you can't know until you remove the old shingles. These increased the quoted price just a little, but he showed me photos and discussed them with me before proceeding. After the job, he did a thorough cleanup. Also, the workers who assisted him with the roof were personable and consistent. I would highly recommend Tim.

The installers did an excellent job! The install was beautiful. It was much nicer than I expected. They really took their time doing it and did it right. The installers were very polite, explained things and did things the way we wanted. The product is excellent and the house looks brand new. It is much better than previous siding. We couldn't be happier, I would recommend them for any kind of work.
