We drove six hours to buy our expedition max.The whole experience starts to finish, was just so easy. Todd, Randy, Kelsey just made the whole experience painless.We had a little hiccup on payment on my end and the team there was just so understanding and easy to work with.They also held the vehicle for us for five days before we could get up there to pick it up!Look forward to buying more vehicles from Randy and Todd!Tyler & Megan

Just picked up a super duty. They rolled out the red carpet for me. Paperwork took all of 5 minutes. Then came what I was dreading the most, new technology in the truck. Super duty’s evolved a lot since my last one. Todd jumped in the truck with me and we went over everything until I was comfortable. If he didn’t have the answer he ran in and found a technician and they had the answer. Wish they had 2 more I could if purchased. Next time we do a fleet upgrade this dealership is top on the list, and I drive from out of state to get there. Awesome dealer, highly recommend them. Ask for Todd

I would always visit car lots after hours, to avoid the pressure of a salesman. But this time, we visited late morning on a Wednesday, and my wife and I were able to walk the lot,look, and talk, for about 20 minutes before Dakota came out to see if we needed help or if we had any questions. And by then, we did, and I was amazed by how much we learned in no time. We had no intention of driving a new truck home that day, but that's what we did! I'm telling you, talk to them, if you want to get all those questions answered, that that you would normally avoid the salesman because of. At Roling anyway, there are no dumb questions! My truck broke down in Waterloo, Ia. I was in a bind as we were going to go back to Missouri in a few days. I called both locations of Witham Ford. They'll couldn't schedule me for a month, even though it was a bit of and emergency. Bill Coldwell Ford wouldn't attempt to see me, but suggested that I call Roling Ford. I called and explained my situation. The response was, sure, being it in and I'll take a look at it right away. They figured out the problem quickly and put an emergency part order in. They fixed it as soon as the part came in and I was only delayed a day. These folks are awesome. Chris is the gentleman that handled everything. I highly recommend them.

A big shot out toRoling Ford In Shell Rock1st they offered me a free oil change since they hadn't done it when I purchased my car when I got there I let them know that I had a battery in car I had purchased and asked if they would put it in they said they would I said there's a few other things back there if you feel like putting them on too that would be great!I had purchased the incorrect wipers so they put a new set on told me to take the ones backThat I had purchased, never charged me a dime!Needless to say I was extremely happy when I left the dealership!

BUY HERE!!! If you want to deal with friendly, HONEST, helpful people who treat you kindly and with respect, buy here. EVERY Jeep ad I saw in NY and NJ listed a soft top and NOT ONCE was there a soft top. Roling Fords equipment list specifically stated No soft top. I flew to Iowa from NY and the salesman Caden picked me up at the airport. It turned out it was on his day off and 90 miles away! He was so sweet, stating it was no big deal to help a customer. Denise was so helpful and put my financing through very quickly ( same day) at a rate 2% less than in NY. The woman who answers the phones was also very friendly. Everyone was so accommodating and the Jeep I went for was even more beautiful in person. The experience was so good, and after being lied to, scammed and treated so terribly elsewhere, when I went to say thank you, I actually started balling like a baby. I was so happy. They deliver. Buy here no matter where you live. It was soooo…. worth it!

Ok, latest and last review with this company. Had a noise in the rear, they told me it was shocks, replaced them, still made noise, they say a bushing now. They should give me my money back because I’m sure I didn’t need new shocks. It would be nice if they did the right thing! I’m done going to this place! There are plenty of other mechanics!

I couldn't get my old license still off it turns out the previous dealership had put screws in that were far too big I took my car to Rolling and they took really good care of me got it done super quick even put my new plates on! It's nice to know that some dealerships in the area have your back

This is the first and last time I'll buy a vehicle here. I purchased a used Ford Certified Expedition. It smelled like smoke when I picked it up. It's supposed to be odor free to be certified. It was equipped with a DVD system. They didn't include the headphones. I had to call and have them shipped to us. There was only one key (there needs to be two to be certified). I had to ask them twice to get another key made.Then it got worse. I financed the vehicle from an out of state bank. At the dealership's request they asked me to write a check for my down payment. They said while they waited for my bank's check for the balance I could write a large personal check and they would hold it as collateral until my banks check arrived. They told me twice they would hold my check and put a note on it not to cash it. They immediately deposited my check that afternoon. My checking account went over -31,000$ in the hole. I was assessed a $40 overdraft fee. The assistant manager said he would cover all of my fees and apologized. We had to contact our bank to stop payment since my credit union had already sent another check in the mail. The owner of Roling Ford over ruled him and refused to pay any of our fees due to their actions. I have very little respect for the owner. I'm sure my credit score will take a hit because of this. Thanks Roling Ford!

I was horrified working with rolling Ford in Shell rock. My van needed repair so tow truck took it over there. After a brand new fuel pump new spark plugs and a new battery which added up to be over $1400 it still wasn’t working. Now they said I needed a new Engine would cost another $5200. I didn’t do it. They wouldn’t even help me on a trade-in. I ended up having to pay the $1400 and sending my van to the junkyard.

We worked with Eric, who was great. We saw the car we purchased on an internet site. We live 3.5 hours away and negotiated by email subject to a test drive. The vehicle was exactly as it was described, Eric was helpful, the business manager (Denise) was efficient and also helpful, the car was inspected on our return and was excellent.
