I had Roof Tech put on a new roof back in September 2018 due to hail damage. They were wonderful, provided the best service, I highly recommended them! So when hail once again damaged my roof this past April 2023, my first call was to Roof Tech. Unless they improve their customer service, NEVER again will I call them! First, I have their original phone number, left a voice mail stating I requested an estimate. No call back after 4 days. I then found 3 other phone numbers for them. I called each one, left voice messages. After 1-1/2 weeks, still haven't heard anything. I will never recommend this company unless they see fit to at least answer my several voice messages. They'll get paid for services rendered, but not unless they provide a call back.Service: Roof installation

Ray Cooper did a great job on our Omaha house, which was damaged after a hail storm. He was recommended by our insurance adjuster after we received several high quotes. Ray's prices were reasonable and he was quick to respond to calls and messages.
