Update: 10/11/23Customer service reached out after this review and offered a solution that I happily took. Increasing from 1 to 3 stars. Be sure to read the website before ordering.________________________________This company does not care about the buyer at all. Overnight shipping does not mean overnight shipping. Some items are not returnable because they are “made to order” which is a lie, they are drop shipped and they don’t want to deal with the return. If they just shipped overnight like their shipping states they wouldn’t have this problem in the first place. Support a different business. This place is trash.

Unfortunately, I can't give this company anymore stars. And it's a shame cause I really like the products and customer service. However, any company in sales that feels the need to charge their customer a 20% restocking fee is not worth the risk of doing business with. I ordered 10 hangers at over $50 a hanger. I realized once they cam that they were not as I thought they would be. Nothing wrong with them, but not what I needed. Now I am out $100 and this company has in a sense done nothing for me. To put that risk on a customer and not their products or business model is not a business that I want to give business. Good luck.

As a small business owner I was astounded to find that Fasteners Plus charges a 20% restocking fee to returns. Not only that but the fee is refunded if you order again (seems like a good way to bulldog a second order).When I asked to speak with a manager that could override I was told only the CEO could make the call. But the CEO doesn't take calls or speak to the public.I was happy to pay my return shipping.Next time it's Amazon for $3 more per unit.

Placed an order on Thursday used next day air to only get half of my parts. Then told that orders for next day air need to be placed before 11 am. After I called they figured out that only half the order shipped. Lord and said the warehouse messed up then the excuse was the 11 am, then it was your order caMe from a different warehouse. Need less to say poor customer service, poor website design of it is a policy that you have to order before 11:00 am. Will not be returning after the lies and distrust from this company! Go elsewhere!

After checking availability in half a dozen local anchor bolt suppliers, lumber yards, and hardware stores in Long Island, New York, Fasteners Plus was able to beat them all in speed, selection, and price! Shout out to Sean (and Derek) for researching exactly which warehouses items will ship from, and working to meet the needs of my tight construction schedule. Will definitely be ordering from them again! They were even able to procure certain Simpson Strong Tie products found in the catalog that were not shown on their website. Highly recommend giving them a call for all your fastener needs.

I had a great experience with Fasteners Plus and Derek who help me with my order and getting me the correct anchors for my project. I was given contact info to reach engineering to look up specs to make sure I conform to the engineered plans. The pricing was very good and I feel I may have saved a few dollars by using Fasteners Plus.

I wanted to reorder some Simpson tie materials from these guys but the price went up a bit so I started to look around for another option. I found one that had a less expensive price but I was skeptical about ordering from them because they had no contact info and the description of what I was ordering was sketchy. I decided to see if Fasteners Plus would match the price I purchased a few weeks ago and sure enough they did. I paid a little extra for my order but I knew that the order would ship out on time and I was getting what I ordered. Pease of mind is worth a little extra. Great to work with Derek, he did what he said.

Amazing people! I knew nothing about roofing and the staff walked me through what to buy. When I got the supplies, I called and a super nice man gave me step-by-step instructions and at 60, I fixed my own roof. And GREAT prices!

Fasteners Plus is one of the rare standout companies in the building supply space that delivers outstanding customer service and fast delivery. The building supply industry is tuned to serve the large national builders at the expense of small builders and general contractors. At Fasteners Plus, I have received the same great results whether making a $2000 order or $20 order. The FP team has often gone out of their way to get materials to my job site in time to prevent schedule delays. Another way Fasteners Plus excels is that they almost always have what I need in stock. Derek Strait has been my go to guy whenever I am in need of fasteners. Great service, fair prices, in stock and delivered on-time.

They shipped my product quickly and it arrived as described. Box had seen better days, but this was 7ga steel product so it was totally fine.I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and even though the site said no returns my email request was very quickly answered and a return authorization was given without grief.
