Clear choice was great for our window replacement. Jeremy was very detailed and walked us through many options with our project. He came back a 2nd time to make sure the windows were what we wanted. Pat and team were phenomenal with install. Very thorough between removal, install, and clean up. Windows have been great. Way quieter, less drafty, and we can actually open and close them! Jeremy was great! He was very responsive. Everything I called he picked up or called me back within 10 min. The install went great. I got new windows siding and gutters. I couldn't find a problem with them and I LOOKED. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Clear Choice Exteriors was one out of three different options we had chosen for window estimates. We had one window with a broken lock and we wanted to switch out to double hung windows. We decided to replace all windows and our sliding glass door. Their products and presentation sold us immediately. The presentation and quality was far superior than anything else we viewed. They offered a few different financing options to accommodate our budget.We had clear communication the whole time. It took a while to get our windows in and then we were at the mercy of Mother Nature for the install.Their choice of Wel-Done Construction for the install was simply perfect. We went with Clear Choice for so many reasons; until we had to cancel the order but we could get our back door installed by November 2023. Didn't hear a peep until Feb 2024 with a threat they would put a lien on our house, if we didn't call them back. Apparently they called us 3 times with no response from us, however, it was once. I don't do well with threats.They told me everything was custom ordered. It's a brown backdoor - standard size. NOTHING custom about it. Absolutely horrible; didn't cancel our order as we asked although we were in our timeframe to have it cancelled and WILL make sure that anyone I know doesn't use them for windows and doors as it is shady business and they really don't take care of their customers AT ALL...

The best Christmas gift! We are very satisfied with Patrick's work. Similar to other reviewers, we also received quotes from three different window companies. Clear Choice offered triple pane windows and a hybrid installation approach within our budget. The custom windows are high quality and the new wrapping around the exterior makes our 1940s home look like a new place. Patrick replaced 19 windows, including a significant amount of rotted wood, and all metal work in about four days.We finalized paperwork with Jeremy in mid-October. The team started the replacement on December 19, right on par with their eight week estimation for window arrival.The warranty is excellent as well. Damn place didn’t finish the job. Wanted me to pay before it was all finished. They then called and texted me non stop. From there they went to putting a lien on house. Still even after paying am still missing a screen. They refuse to send it to me still. Do not use this company. Only pleasantry was the installer. Oh and now after posting this review I’m getting calls and a nasty text.******UPDATE******Almost a month later now and I still have a window missing a screen. Screen was never once put in as it came damaged. Little shy of 3 years now. Just pathetic all around.After posting the above today I get yet another text saying they want $500 before I get the screen that was busted and was never installed.
