We are very happy with our siding project through Haggerty! Good honest company who doesn’t have you put money down for your project. You pay in full when the job is done! The workers were polite and kept things clean, communication was great, great quality, and the price was right in the middle of all the quotes we got (and we got a lot of quotes)! Just one thing was off, and they worked to make it right, the painters were quite sloppy at the end of the project.

When it was time to do the work, they were quick, clean, and very professional. Jaime had to fabricate some custom casing for a door and it looks stunning. We had Haggerty redo the exterior of our home a couple of years ago: roof, complete siding from removal of original siding, wrapping house & installing new siding on house & garage , all new windows in both, new sliding glass door, new soffits & downspouts , & painting foundation , to repairing the side of the garage that had extensive water damage! Each person who had a hand in this remodel/repair project was very courteous & respectful of we who live here & I especially appreciated their customer service when I did contact them about changing the direction of a downspout or anything else, I was greeted with courtesy & prompt attention to my request. I highly recommend them!!

I love my new windows. The process was easy from bid, to measurement, to picking out the product, and installation. Ryan was very knowledgeable and great and easy to work with! I had an idea for my kitchen window and he helped choose the right one for me and my needs. The installers were very clean and efficient and friendly as well. The only thing that could have improved was the clean up on the outside, I found handfuls of screws on the ground below the windows. In their defense there was snow on the ground so was probably hard to see. Ryan came and inspected the work and made sure I was happy with the product. Highly recommend this family business!!

We used this company to remodel three bathrooms, put on a new roof, install new windows, siding, gutters, paint our house, and rebuild the deck. The quality of their workmanship and their strong customer service makes this company easy to work with. Haggerty Siding & Windows delivered everything they said they would. first the excellent crew installed our beautiful siding in 1 1/2 weeks. They were very detail oriented. 2nd, the gutter crew installed matching gutters in less than a day. 3rd, the railing guy came and installed new railing on the front porch. 4th, the paint crew came and painted the garage door and foundation all around the house same color as the siding. We also had three new windows installed on the back side of the house. Mike, Dan, & Ryan Haggerty are the BEST in all that they do and say. Haggerty replaced our hail damaged roof. The work was done quickly and professionally. The crew knew what they were doing and did not waste time. They arrived early, 6:30 am, wasted no time getting to work, the old roof was off before noon and they were finished before 4:00 pm. The clean up was exceptional. UPDATE TO REVIEWTHEY HAVE SINCE FINISHED THE UNCOMPLETED WORK TO MY SATISFACTION. GOT BETTER WITH THE COMMUNICATION TOO AS THE OWNER INVOLVED HIMSELF. RAISING THE REVIEW FROM 1 TO 3 STARS AS A RESULT.On balance, not a good experience with Haggerty. Will try and be factual and objective, but realize the later may be hard to do. I was referred to them by a trusted co-worker after hail damage to my roof. The company quickly sent out an inspector, they proved a quote and the work was approved by our insurance company. We selected the materials and colors and delivery of the materials was timely. The work was started in November of 2019 - note I said started but not finished.The roof went on quickly and though there were a few corrections needed, it went as well as could be expected. Four downspouts that were to be replaced weren’t, and remain that way to this day - over 9 months later. Additionally, they didn’t replace the leaf guards in all areas of the gutters and several gutters were clogged with roofing debris, which continues to cause overflow issues and is damaging the landscape below. Finally, they left the yard in a troubling state of cleanliness due to the amount of debris, tacks and roofing nails left behind. To this day, I continue to pick nails out of the yard and only hope my dog doesn’t get one.This spring, we contacted them about finishing and they were most apologetic. Yet, nothing happened despite multiple exchanges of emails. We had been holding back $5,000 until the work was completed but in a gesture of good faith, I paid them $4,000 (wish I hadn’t now). They finally sent a guy out to measure the downspouts and look at the missing gutter guards. And despite his good attitude and promises, we still don’t have the work completed. We were told that since ours was such a small job, it was hard to get attention to it (of course, when the project was initiated it wasn’t a small job).I’ve informed Haggerty management that regardless of whether they finalize the work or not, I would not be releasing the final $1,000 due to the extreme delay, though I hoped as a Des Moines based company that prides itself on referrals and doing the right thing, they would act responsibly and complete the work. That has not happened and I will now need to hire another company to complete the work (and then it’s likely a small claims suit to recover the difference in costs).In good conscience I can’t recommend this company, and that is unfortunate as they nearly got it right. But they really got it wrong in the end.

Aaron’s crew did our siding. They were awesome, they cleaned up everything each day, they asked if it was ok to move their scaffolding to the deck in case we needed to use it that evening. Very nice guys! The crew that did our windows (replaced 5 and a huge family window all in one day) did a great job, should us how they worked. would HIGHLY recommend!
