Rick did a wonderful job with power washing our home. We weren't sure when the last time our home was power washed, if ever, and it was longer overdue. After Rick was done, our home looked like it had a fresh new coat of paint! For our two story house it took approximately half a day and was well worth the money spent. He even knocked out some of the leaves in our gutters! Overall I would highly recommend hiring Rick!

Arrives as planned following Thursday morning - washes siding, gutters, deck and patio - big house - really big - looks like just painted. (Neighbors spent small fortune to paint before kids graduation) - save your money and call Rick. Awesome.

Just had Rick come out and clean my house yesterday...what a difference! Not only does it look new again but Rick was great in personality and in his workmanship! He was very good at communicating and I really liked the fact that it wasn't such a high pressure wash that would get under my siding and cause water damage. We could not have been more pleased with the work Rick did to clean our house. Our house is 25 years old and had never been washed. There was mold starting to grow on three sides. Rick needed his ladder and brush on some of the higher areas. He removed four bird nests from under the deck and removed a number of wasps nests ( some with live wasps). He was very efficient and wanted everything to look perfect when finished. I love my window box flowers and he covered them carefully to protect them. Our house was beautifully white when he left. Rick's cost is also very reasonable and we highly recommend him.

Rick's ingenious operation is truly designed to gently but thoroughly wash the exterior. Rick took great measures to clean the soffits, the gutters, and tough to get to places. He even did our deck flooring and sliding glass door - all the nooks and crannies. In short, Rick treated our house as if it was his home. We plan to have Rick and Optimax Exterior come out every year to treat our home; even if only partial aspects of the home are needed.

I wish I had pictures of what my vinyl siding looked like before Rick detailed my house. The north and east side was densely discolored with black, green and rust mold or something. I was amazed at how clean it came. Looked like new! For a small additional cost, he also cleaned the front porch and back deck. I will definitely use him again. I had Rick clean our exterior vinyl in June. I waited until now to post a review because I wanted to make sure it worked. I am very happy with the results ! Rick is prompt, very easy to work with, and did a very good job. He uses low pressure power washing, which I now believe is the future of this business. The only drawback is the light spots and or streaks on windows. Rick told me ahead of time this would be the case and I may have to line up a window cleaner. My wife and I cleaned the windows. I hope I don't have to use Rick again for several years. That will be the true test.

Rick did a great job cleaning our gutters, soffit and metal siding. I liked that the wash was gentle; you don't want to power wash upwards into your soffit. We have a lot of trees close to our house. The bacteria and mold from years of collecting leaves and Silver Maple "helicopters" had discolored our gutters horribly. The house looks terrific! I highly recommend Rick for his thorough work and light-hearted, cheerful attitude.
