Premier Plus storm team came to our neighborhood offering free roof inspection due to a hail storm we had in 2017. They worked with us and our previous home owners insurance company. They met our insurance company adjustor and inspected the roof together to make sure everything was covered. They did a great job replacing the roof, and the clean up was immaculate. Start to finish, so easy! we would of never known about the damage to the roof if they had not stopped by. Premier Plus Storm Team helped us get a new roof last Fall. We had hail damage so our insurance paid for it. Jason Wiebelhaus kept us informed on the progress of the project. Kyle Anglum and the inspector from our insurance company looked at the roof the first time. The inspector didn't see enough damage to warrant us getting a new roof. Kyle disagreed and said he'd back us up if we asked for another inspection. We did get another inspector to look at it and he said there was plenty of damage and the company gave us enough money to do the whole roof! Jason was great and easy to work with. He was always available when I needed to contact him. We have been very satisfied with the quality of the roofing work.

The Premier Storm Team reached out after a hail storm last Summer. They provided me insight on damage that insurance may cover. They were excellent with that, and with coming and collaborating with the Insurance Adjuster and me to help show items and clarify. They also got an excellent team to do the work recently; Exclusive Exteriors. That team did the work to take down old aluminum siding, put up wrap, insulate, put on the new siding and replace the remainder of the gutter downspouts and they were amazing! They were friendly, professional, thorough and ensured they even replaced rotted wood where it was needed. They were also very open and honest in their interactions. That team gets five stars and Lucas gets five stars. The reason this is a four star review is due to some of the other employees with the Premier Plus Storm Team with a lack of communication and some gaps in administrative items in the process that caused issues and frustrations. Also because of a different company they had who came and replaced just one downspout instead of all that were needed and did not tell me they were here so I could have helped ensure the correct number were replaced and the work was good, etc. Also, due to the long delay in getting the materials due to issues with Menards who they order from that are ongoing and cause delays, miscommunications and frustration. The premier storm team has a few areas to work on, so it’s important those are mentioned, but they also did excellent in many ways and their contractor Exclusive Exteriors did excellent!

Will Mefferd did a free inspection on our homes roof and our garage and determined there was damage from the hail storm we had received. He was very professional and provided information for me to start the claim process with my insurance company. We decided to have Premier do the work after insurance approved all the repairs and that is the biggest mistake we could have ever made. Our project started the morning of May 31st, and after all the defects and poor workmanship, we were finally able to have everything replaced per the original work order in late July. Now I am not in the roofing business, but I have never known a residential roof to take close to two months to finish. I called Milar who was probably the only positive thing this company can hang their hat on and informed him that shingles were not trimmed on our garage, drip edges were bent and flared out, nails and screws were everywhere in our yard (yes, my wife found one the hard way in her bare foot) yard ornament was broke, shingles were thrown onto my wife's flowers which we told Milar to please me careful around (not Milar's fault the crew didn't follow directions). The crew did place tarps around the sides and back of our house, but didn't put any in the front of our house, and that is where logic would have told me to place a tarp at. Milar came back out the next day and addressed the issues and we scheduled a time for the project manager Lucas to come out and discuss the issues. In the meantime of all of this, we had our neighbor who is a roofer do a inspection and he found that the flashing that was supposed to be put around our fireplace did not get installed, the vent cap that was on the work order was not installed, the drip edges that I already discussed were bent and creased, and rotted wood that didn't get replaced. Once Lucas finally came to discuss the issues, he would not take any responsibility for the poor work that his crew did and only had one excuse after another. When discussing the rotted wood, he said that wasn't part of the work order, I told him that per Milar and I's discussion that the rotted wood would be replaced, and that was chalked up to a misunderstanding and left at that. I later found out Lucas no longer works for Premier and from his poor demeanor and lack of accountability, I can't say I was surprised. We finally had a small crew come back out and address all the issues and do the work that should have been done the first time, with the exception of the vent cap which I called Milar about and he came out the next morning and replaced that (third time is a charm I guess). Premier was suppose to do our gutters and downspouts, but after all the issues with our roof install, we cancelled that work and hired someone else to do that work. Premier tried making it right by not making us pay our deductible and giving us a credit for the rotted wood that didn't get replaced, unfortunately with all that I will still have to come out of pocket to have the gutters and downspouts installed and that is frustrating as we were told we would get a certain amount from insurance but it was $600 less than what we were told. All in all, Will and Milar were nice to work with, but Lucas and his crew seemed like it was the first day on the job and I would never recommend anyone to have to go through the nightmare that we did during this much longer than anticipated project.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof installation

Super friendly and not “aggressively” trying to get me to use their services like other people do. He even came back on his own time to help me with filing a claim with my insurance. My insurance company was giving me the run around due to damage caused by the derecho. I was contacted by an employee of Premier who said they run into this all of the time and that they would handle it. They came out and took a look at the roof, siding, fence and deck. The employee took photos, he then set up a time to have a drone come out and take video/photos of the wind/hail damage on the roof. After that I kept calling him and didn’t hear anything for over a month.I finally got a call from another employee who said the original employee who came to my home was no longer with Premier. When I asked this employee where everything was at with my file he said he would get back to me. I waited and waited. Finally several months later I received a call from a third Premier employee who said the second employee I had spoken to had quit. He said they would still like my business, I told them that my insurance company hadn’t received the drone report from several months earlier the original Premier employee had performed. Then I was informed that Premier only does roofing and some siding, they don’t repair/replace fencing or decks and The original Premier employee I had been working with tended to “exaggerate their survives”.They are the worst!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection
