I have used Right Roofing for 2 projects over 12 years. First was hail damage to our homes roof and siding. As the insurance adjuster took forever to get started, Ryan had already begun. Obviously tons of homes in our area had damage but I didn't feel like I had to wait very long for work to begin. The work was done very quickly and from what I have seen since the job was completed, done right. A problem with the builders initial roof installation was identified (bathroom fan vents hung over the soffit) and the crew ran new vents to the roof with the correct caps. Couldn't ask for better. From the same job, new gutters and downspouts were added. Nicely done too BTW. The other job was adding gutter guards to those same gutters later on. The guys took the time to identify which type of debris (my existing trees) would potentially end up on the guards and recommended the appropriate ones. So far they are doing a great job. Love working with this company and would do so again in a minute.

This team is amazing. I worked and communicated directly with Ben, Justin and Joe on a daily basis for the 4 days they replaced our siding and windows. They never said no on little details I asked them to correct and we’re always polite and helpful. Joe handled our windows and he was so great in his communication and helped me understand the timing of everything. (I’m female, my husband had to be away at work). Ben managed the outside and he was the same. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle this massive project. Prior to the work, the office gal (can’t remember her name) was excellent. We were concerned about the timing due to vacation times and she said, “Don’t worry about us, we will work around your schedule!” She was awesome as well.Service: Window installation

Cons: Place didn't take any form of payment other than cash or checks for their work. This was a pain having to go to the bank every time to get a check (plus $15 in fees each time!) drawn for the costs. I mean, who writes personal checks anymore? Also, it took at least a month after contract was signed before work could be started. This was due to supply chain issues that they were experiencingPros: Work began and finished on time as promised. Excellent work too. Very friendly staff. Would recommend if you have a check book on hand. Either that or have your insurance company pay them directly.
