We suspected our roof sustained hail damage following a storm in 2022. Within 2 days of placing a call to Shamrock, Tom showed up to inspect our roof and confirmed we did have damage. Unfortunately our Insurance Adjuster didn't agree with Shamrock's findings and our claim was denied. Determined to prove our claim was valid Tom and the Shamrock Team guided us through the Insurance appeal process even putting us in touch with an Appraiser who fought to get our claim approved. I am happy to say after 16 months of fighting we now have an awesome new roof! Tom and Shamrock went above and beyond to get the job done. Thank you.

The people of Shamrock would get 5 stars. Professional. Timely. Caleb out of Des Moines was fantastic.However the reason I went to Shamrock was for one contact solution for all my weather damage; gutters siding and roof. They were not the cheapest but this convenience has value to me. It wasn't until roof was completed that they found out they couldn't do the gutters and siding and apologized. I understand if this is out of their control. But it's been 90 days since our discussion and plan and that is time I could have used to find other contractors.Having the estimate for all work through one company and now starting over is a headache to process with insurance, and now all local businesses are booked up out through the season. I likely am forced to do the gutters and siding myself now if I want it done this calendar year.Please don't promise what you can't deliver.The team sub contacted through shamrock did a great job on my roof. Cleaned up after themselves better than expected as well.

We got hit by the August 19th 2022 golf ball size hail storm and how. I have some souvenirs in the freezer 😁. They took care of everything. Insurance, materials selection and delivery and installation. The roofing crew was great and finished both buildings before I got home at 3pm. The gutter crew was next (they bring their materials with them) and they were done by 1pm the following Friday. Caleb was the project manager and from the start was extremely communicative and responsive. The crew did a great job; I have never seen a roof more carefully removed! I had concerns about a front garden I have and Caleb addressed this very well. During install the crew found carpenters ants and Caleb immediately came over snd we worked through it. The crew was meticulous in their cleanup and I couldn’t tell they had even been there. The roof is stunning and they even came back the next morning to address a few minor details. Had a lot of damage both on the roof as well as siding and gutters from the hail storm August 2022. The following day a huge limb gave way from the wind and damaged the north side of my home which included the fireplace. In the days following there were many contractors in the area but Shamrock signs caught my eye. Maybe the Irish angle? Who knows. I called their number and asked for a call back. Heard from Tom O'Neill. He came out and explained options, billing, insurance, etc. Roof was done quickly as were the gutters. Ran into a snag with siding as it was no longer manufactured. A close match was found but it took forever for the manufacturer to get it made and sent. Tom did a great job of keeping me posted through the long process. He always responded to my texts. Siding finally completed a few weeks ago and it looks great. I'm so glad he was there to guide me through hopefully a once in a lifetime situation! The experience working with Shamrock on a roof replacement was excellent all around. The project manager Tom O'Neil came quickly and explained everything to me in detail, both about how the process works and what I would likely pay. I highly recommend Shamrock Roofing and Construction! Caleb Faas was managing our roofing project. He even managed to get the timeline moved up by a whole week to have our roof done. Communication isn't always great when contractors and subcontractors get involved with projects, but Caleb's communication with us was top notch! Our roof looks awesome, it only took a day, and the construction crew was RIDICULOUSLY thorough about cleaning up after themselves. Shamrock Roofing did an excellent job on our home! I’ve never seen a better looking roof and skylights in my life. They did everything they said they would do from the first time Cole and Cullin saw and assessed our roof. They did it on time, cleaned up very well, listened to any concerns we had and genuinely acted like they wanted our business. They were also quick to step up and deal with our insurance and did it with obvious expertise. Jared, the project manager, clearly went out of his way to stay in contact by phone, coming to our home, text and email. He even asked about interior problems we may have had due to roof damage, found some, presented it to our insurance and got approval to fix it! The crew that did ourwork (in one day) did their job beautifully. I connected with Willson, the crew chief, and he seemed interested in the project, was friendly and even told me Shamrock treated them well and was an excellent company to work for. I believe that! *UPDATE 12/09/2022*I was contacted by Tim, one of their project coordinators, and we spoke on the phone and met in person on my property and he visually and physically inspected our roofs himself and saw the unsat work. They have since made it right with us and then some. Tim was great to work with, as a fellow veteran he understood our frustrations, and made it right for us.3 weeks ago we had our roof replaced, the crew left equipment in my driveway that I had to store until they came back and picked it up days later, damaged my property and my building. did unsatisfactory work and when we reached out to explain what was wrong, our rep never returned messages or calls and still haven't heard back from him for weeks now. gutter crew came out and brought wrong material and it was even the wrong color we chose, also shamrock tried adding on things we did not authorize to get more money out of us, said they'd be back later that day or next day, havent seen them back in a week. we've reached out several times for them to make this right and fix the issues and we haven't heard a thing back in weeks. I highly do NOT recommend this company. I will rewrite my review if they man up and make it right and on their dime. we are extremely upset with our experience with shamrock
