Poor communication throughout process. Did not complete job as discussed. I asked them to replace any rotted fascia under gutters while up there. Only replaced half of them and covered the rest with new gutters. Will not respond to me about correcting the mistake.

The best roofing company in the state! Middle of December we had a horrible wind storm rip shingles off my home. Jose with Showtime came the next day and covered the roof with tarp. They came today and replaced the entire roof and put on all new shingles all within 11 hours! So convenient. My roof is beautiful again! Jose was so friendly and helpful throughout the process. He checked in on me often to see how I was doing and to ask if he could help with anything. Derek also stopped at my house a few times and was so friendly and personable, too. I love Showtime Roofing now and will personally refer them to everyone I know. THANK YOU!!!

I ran into Derek as he was putting a sign in my fathers front yard. I mentioned how I needed to get someone out to take a look at the roof on our new house to ensure the recent hail storm hadn't damaged anything. Derek texted me a half hour later (on a Sunday) and stopped out to take a look. I can't say enough good things about his professionalism and his drive to make each customer experience a positive one!! I would highly recommend Showtime Roofing for your Roofing needs and in my case painting my house too. Due to hail damage in July, I called Showtime Roofing as they did my sons roof last year due to the derecho and I knew the quality of work they did to their house. AJ was out here and inspected my roof before I filed a claim and he also came back when the insurance adjuster came out. It was determined I had hail damage and AJ worked with me to get my roof scheduled to be replaced. I also needed my house painted and Showtime also got that scheduled. So this week I got a new roof and my house painted from Showtime. I want to say that the roofers were professional and did a great job cleaning up everything. And the painters were exceptional. Fantastic experience with Showtime. Our roof had damage from a hailstorm. We live in Florida, and had to deal with working remotely on the repair, all while in the middle of selling the house! The guys at Showtime worked with our management company, agent, insurance company, tenants, and us seamlessly, professionally, and were responsive throughout the process. They always answered calls, were proactive, and went the extra mile to correct the insurance adjuster's terrible job with the initial claim.
