Steve installed cladding around my garage door. He was very knowledgeable and went above beyond to make the area watertight and look great. I also talked to Chris who was super helpful and responsive. It’s hard to find someone to do this task, and Chris came right out to assess the situation and had Steve come out the next day to install. Quality work at a fair price, highly recommend.Service: General door repair

I finally found a company that would replace the aluminum cladding around my garage doors. Chris came the very next day after contacting them for the estimate. Steve was their installer on this job and he did a nice job-knew what he was doing. I'd definately consider them for this type of work again!

These are the worst windows ever. The do not seal they are difficult to lock because the fall down it takes two hands to do. If you live close to the DesMoines area come take a look they are cheaply built and for 7200 dollars for just the front of my house. What a waste of money. I will have to have them removed and good windows installed. If you like to open your windows this is not the product for you. They truly deserve. 0 rating and yes we have tried to call they won’t answer for a complaint. I would never use this company or their product again. I just had vinyl siding put on my house from U.S. Window, Inc. in Urbandale, Iowa. The siding looks great. The owner is very nice and personable. The 3 workers that sided my house and garage were very talented. Top notch artists. Since my house is 40 years old, there were a lot of obsticals for them to deal with. They were very patient and accommodated my every request. Cleaned up after themselves. Did way more than I expected. Nice Company to do business with. Very fair pricing. I would recommend this company 100%.

Not my experience, but a friend's. Window has a problem and can not be reinserted. The window is open and can not be sealed, which means it is open to the elements, with only a screen between the interior and weather. Luckily we are in the middle of a drought, but hard rain is forecast. A correction would probably take minutes for a trained technician. The homeowner called the company for repair and was told that when they were in town and had time they would stop. They were told that that they were lifetime warrantied. It appears that it will take a lifetime to get warrantied!This my friend is not good service. The product looks good, but when you sell a product you should take care of your customers. Part of the cost of a product is service. It appears that this may be one of those companies who sell and run. By outward appearances they are more interested in sales than in service.When will businesses learn that a happy customer tells 10 people while an unhappy one tells 100. In business your best salesman is a happy customer. I am in a house approaching 40 years old and efficient windows are a potential, but the service I see from this company will cause me to look elsewhere, when the decision is made.Now, It has been over two weeks and they finally sent a salesman by (not serviceman) who looked at it and said he would have someone stop if they were in town. This company by all appearances this company couldn't care less about servicing customers. All they care about is selling the product and promising a lifetime warranty which the lifetime must end when the contract is signed!Here you have a homeowner with an open window with plastic over the open hole that they had to put on themselves. The house is subject to air conditioning loss, rain and dust infiltration and home invasion. Here is a company who does not care in the least for customer service. Buyer beware!

Owner came to give us a quote for our roof. When we wouldn't commit right then and there, he was done with us. Refused to even give me a business card. If this is how he treats a potential customer, he needs lessons on customer service. I would never do business with this company regardless of how good his product is.
