I Cannot express enough gratitude to the staff of Wagoner Roofing and Construction on repairs to our home after the Hail Storm of May 2023.Before anything they come on-site and went over the insurance information with us. Insurance adjustment reports are not easy to interpret without experience.They kept us up to date with schedules and deliveries. Then, when additional damages were discovered, they took care of working with the adjuster to get it fixed right.The craftsmanship looks beautiful, the crews were friendly, and the attention to clean up after each phase left the grounds immaculate.Wagoner Roofing and Construction was recommended to me and I will recommend them to my friends and family in the future.Ryan Eaton

We were referred to Wagoners after a hail storm went through town. Patrick and Andres did a thorough inspection of the roof, siding, gutters, windows, and downspouts. They documented and photographed all of the damage. They recommended starting a claim with our insurance provider. After opening the claim they handled everything with the insurance company directly. They worked with the agent and adjuster and we were told shortly after that we were approved for a new roof, siding, windows, and downspouts. The entire process was very stress free. Patrick was always available to answer any questions and came to the house to handle paperwork and specifics with the jobs that were to be performed. We were consistently updated with scheduling of when supplies would be delivered, crews performing the work, and when to expect work to be completed. The work was done professionally and quickly. The crews cleaned up after each job like they were never there. My expectations were exceeded at every step of the process and would highly recommend Wagoners. Patrick, Andres, and their crews were professional, respectful, and our experience couldn’t have been smoother.

Jason from Wagoner Roofing and Construction worked wonders on the exterior and roof of our home after a Spring of multiple hail storms. Jason gladly handled much of insurance legwork, meeting inspectors and walking our roof multiple times. After picking new materials, Wagoner craftsman swooped in and replaced our roof, siding and gutters. The crew was courteous and clean, leaving our property spotless. Highly recommend! I really had a great experience with Wagoner Roofing, from the first time they knocked on my door until they finished my roof. They worked with me and insurance company to be very seamless and no real headaches or hiccups. We have been through various home repairs both large and small with multiple companies, and I can say without exaggeration this was by far the best experience we’ve had. Wagoner Roofing and Construction was responsive, gave us a great price for the work they did, the work was done on time and it looks great. It seems like these days it can be hard to even get a contractor to call you back, much less come out quickly and do great work for a very fair price, but that’s exactly what you get with this company. From someone who has seen the good and the bad of the home repair process, if you have something you need done that they can do you should do you yourself a favor and call them for it.

I am a former Insurance Claims Manager and used Wagoner Roofing on our recent hail loss involving siding, roofing, windows and gutters. They were absolutely fantastic! Always knew the whens, whats, and whys during the repair process. All his workers and subcontractors were professional and during and after the job, you couldn't even tell they were there as the job site was the tidiest in town. Justin, Jason, Andreas and the rest of the crew at Wagoner Roofing were great. Very honest, everything was explained and all our questions answered. No hidden or unexpected costs. We had hail damage to the roof and they took care of all the paperwork required by our insurance company and the whole process was easy as could be, no hassles for us. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome on the roof and gutters. We typically don’t answer the door when we have sales people knocking, we sure are glad we did this time. Jason and Patrick are professional and low pressure. Wagoner took care of absolutely everything from getting claim started to fallowing up and everything from start to finish on the construction part. The quality of work is certainly impressive as I’ve never seen lines so straight on our shingles, they even paint matched the vents tubes to match. Patrick was on site many times and answered his phone every time I called him. If you are looking for a new roof or have a first time claim and have no idea what or where to start, I would strongly suggest Wagoner.
