Be prepared, if there are flaws in your potential home he will find them. His reports are very understandable and include lots of photos. The process from start to finish with RJS home services was excellent. I reached out for a quote and once it was established we were able to schedule our inspection within a few hours. Inspection took place less than a week from our contact. Once finished we recieved a full length inspection report in great detail with photos. All within 24 hours. Randy communicated with us the entire way and was very professional, nice and responsive. I am very glad we were able to find Randy and are extremely pleased with the services we recieved. I'd recommend any new home owner, or current home owner who is in need of an inspection to contact Randy. Randy gave me a discounted quote over the phone as we did not need a full report with photos. He went through everything we asked with a fine tooth comb and sat down with me and my folks to explain everything he found and what needed prioritized in their older home. Twice now I have used Randy for inspections on investment properties. Both times he has found significant issues that I could’ve easily overlooked without his expertise. The first time we did an inspection, I joked with him saying he saved my kids Christmas. Well we just got done with a second inspection on a different set of investment properties and he’s done it again. By him sharing his professional expertise with me, it’s kept me from buying properties that would’ve been huge liabilities.
