In October I had french doors installed. Initially I was very pleased with the work. They were helpful and answered all my questions. When it started to get really cold in November and December I noticed condensation around the frame of the door and a sight draft. I reached out for them to come take a look at it. It's now February and no one has been out. They responded to a Facebook review I left that they had been swamped and would contact me after the New Year. I waited and reached out again. I was then told they would contact the manufacturer and keep me in the loop. I gave them my email address to be included in the emails. I have not received a single email regarding my issues and no one has been out to look at the issue. I reached out again today letting them know I still hadn't heard anything with no response. A good experience has quickly turned horrible.

Dennis Drake was wonderful! Had him come out for a second opinion for a window that kept leaking. The first guy from another company came out twice and kept giving me the runaround about what the problem was. Dennis found the problem within 5 minutes and offered a solution. I would highly recommend him.

I was given their number from Menards. Someone came out, talked to us and said they would get back to us. I called twice and was told they would call back, they never did. We have a very large house and I guess they did not want to bother with it. But they never told me this, I just kept thinking they would call. Very unprofessional. Also complained to Menards.
