Customer Service is horrible. I asked numerous times how late they would be available. Product was advertised on Marketplace so I had no idea it was a company. I drove over 100 miles and was late by 20 minutes. Owner was rude to me saying time is of the essence...extremely pompous. Told me to call his employee because he couldn't get ahold of him. I don't have his number. 🙄 Employee later told me they left 50 minutes before I got there. So being on time wouldn't have mattered. How about being customer friendly? How about training employees how to communicate when asked a direct question? And take the sign off the door with phone numbers to get assistance if no one is there. Because you won't get any assistance.
