They didn't attempt to sale more than what you needed.Cody was down to earth and always responded to my questions regarding the project. David and Drew did a wonderful job installing the wall anchors. They was extremely careful not to damage other lines and a support wall when installing the anchors. I would recommend them if you need any foundation work.

Lamunyon Dry Out & Foundation Repair was contacted to assist in stabilizing our historic standpipe water tower. Lamunyon uses a process called Carbon Fiber Strapping and suggested using this on our tower.We worked with Ed who was very attentive and explained the whole process thoroughly. The crew that came to work on the tower kept us well informed during the process. Once completed, a few defects were discovered which Lamunyon handled immediately and professionally. The tower looks amazing and we feel we will get many more years from it now that the work has been completed.We would definitely recommend Lamunyon!

Would recommend 100% over and over! I was in a crisis situation when my basement flooded on a Saturday evening of all days. Everyone at Lamunyon from the office staff to the entire work crew were amazing! Punctual, professional, dependable, up-to-date with industrial equipment, monitoring services days after the incident, and all my questions answered. They left equipment until the humidity level was up to standard which took several days. Disinfected, dried out my basement, hauled contaminated items away, took out damaged wall segments, and all employees had personal protective equipment while performing duties. Our basement flooded the day after we purchased our home. Lamunyon responded quickly and completed the job well. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because of the way Dustin handled the closing of our business relationship. He didn’t do as he said he was going to and with what our wishes were in regards to carpet cleaning — leaving us with out payment from our insurance and new we are stuck eating the cost. I would recommend really looking over your billing and not just taking Dustin at his word. If it wasn’t for that I issue, I would have given the company 5stars. I hired Lamunyon to to stabilize my basement wall. I found their prices fair ( and I did get competitor quotes). My inspector came out and told me what was needed to stabilize my walls. I feel his advice was honest, he spent time answering my questions and ensuring I understood everything. He was also extremely prompt when answering emails. Fast forward to the day the technicians came out - they got the job done, they were on time and professional. I had questions after the completion of the job that were answered very quickly. I think Lamunyon cares about their business and their customers. I would recommend to family and friends.

We had some very bad problems due to flooding in our basement. Lamunyon came and cleaned out the basement and dried it out. The crew was very friendly and it was a pleasure having them come to our home and work. We then had them come back and do a new drain tile in our basement as well As installing a new sump pump and encapsulating our crawlspace below our kitchen. The guys from Lamunyon in Clay Center KS were absolutely amazing! Very friendly, hard working, and thorough guys. They came on time for appointments, and did a great job!Our sewer main backed up and flooded part of our basement from the bathroom down there. When the guys from Lamunyon showed up for clean up I had already bagged up all the affected trash and items and had it waiting in the driveway for them. While they were getting ready to start one of the guys did a thorough check of the area and found that the sewer water damage had extended much further into our garage than initially thought. They helped me clean out the other half of our garage and even helped me move my boyfriends motorcycle. I was highly impressed with their work ethic, and very greatful they helped me move that motorcycle. I am short and not strong enough to move the bike on my own, I never could have done it without them!They kept me informed of how the work was progressing and explained what they were doing. Overall a really great experience during a difficult time.

I could not be happier with the service I got from This company. I had a really bad first experience from the first water midication company I went through and when Lamunyon came their work was amazing. Every aspect of their customer service was so good. Laura was so sweet and helpful and heard me out and had someone out to me the next day. Jamie was so nice and explained everything to me. I have never had this happen and his demeanor really put me at ease as I was internally freaking out. The gentleman doing the work Jed and Aaron took care of my house and they were also so professional and caring. Jed answered all my questions. When I say “all my questions” I mean it, he was so helpful! He explained everything in such detail that I was able to understand. Any time I would call he would answer and if he wasn’t able to, he would call me back in a timely manner. I want to add that it is such a great customer service all the way around!
