This store has the worst restrooms! We stopped in Colby to shop for groceries but also needed a restroom. They were not clean. For a major grocery chain to have such disgusting facilities is a shame.

When we travel, we always stop at this Dillon's for fuel and then we pick up a few grocery items inside. I can use my Kroger/King Sooper fuel point at this gas pump which is good. This is a great friendly hometown store and I love the size of this store as well.

We drove through Colby last night when it had a wind chill of -34 and decided to run in to the grocery store and grab a few things on the way in case we got iced/snowed in at our destination. When I entered, a young woman announced loudly from the middle of the store that they closed in two minutes. I froze and asked if that meant I could get groceries or not and she repeated that they closed in two minutes. I explained that we were from out of town and only looking to get a few items and she repeated that they closed in two minutes. An older woman appeared and told me to grab my things, no problem, so while I was running through the store, the young woman made an announcement on the intercom that the store was closing and to bring your items to the front of the store and only cash would be accepted. I grabbed my things and went to the self check-out, which was my only option, and the the young man supervising this area was very nice and said I could my credit card and asked how I was doing.When I completed my purchase, no one thanked me for shopping at Dillons or wished me safe travels or to stay warm, they were gathered around this young woman socializing.I am 62 years old and have NEVER been treated so rudely at a grocery store. I would highly suggest you discuss courtesy to your "courtesy clerks" as I think they have missed that boat entirely.

Always a great place to shop! Easy to get around and well stocked! If they don't have something they are always willing to get it in for me! Always friendly employees!Produce has been better in the past, but it may just be a bad year.

Great prices. Be sure to use the Dillons app to get digital coupons to go with your paper ones. Good service. Most of the employees are enjoyable and say hello. There are a few that don't seem to know what is what or how to converse with people. If you have W.I.C it can be a nightmare if you get someone that doesn't do it often. Great quality. The food is always good and fresh. They do a good job making sure products aren't expired on the shelves and offer a "rain check" for sale items if they are out of stock. This location has a fueling station as well.

This is one of the best grocery stores I have encountered while traveling. Selection was good and every employee I met was helpful and friendly. The deli food was outstanding too.

I was happy to find a Kroger store just off the interstate. Familiar products and great prices helped me get back on the road with some healthy food. When the cashier asked for my Dillon's card, I said my usual grocery store is in another state. Well, turns out, using my phone number I got the discounts and added to my fuel points at my usual store in AZ. Nice!

We were trying to fill 2 vehicles with gas and I got error code on the pump that it didn't recognize my card, (it was a MasterCard debit card) and to see the cashier. Brad was on the other side of the same pump trying to fill the car there and it gave him an error code also. After my pump cleared I tried my visa debit card and I got the same error code. So we both go to the cashier and he tells us it is our cards. I questioned him about being 3 different cards. He told us rudely that there was only one error code and it was our cards. It was obvious that he didn't want to help us anymore so we left and went to Casey's to get gas.

I am at Colorado and went with my sister-in-law. It was humorous, only the older people had on masks. They were probably the ones who were vaccinated. I just assumed the younger ones who did not have on masks we're probably not vaccinated. I think all of the employees had on masks. So, so different from Colorado! But, so are the rates of disease.I thought the produce looked very good. That is what we were shopping for that day.I had previously convinced my brother to join the "Kroger RX savings Club" for all his prescriptions. It saves you so much money!!

Great place. A very friendly environment with associates offering to help when ever you need something. A small selection of items compared to Wal-mart, but sales are everywhere so folks can leave happy and content with their purchases.

Stopped while en route to Wichita. The Deli ladies were awesome. They had fresh chicken pieces and potatoes wedges. Plus their Mac was very creamy and delicious. Bathrooms were cleaned. Great pit stop.

I visited here for gas, restroom, and snacks on 07/08/18 returning to CO on a road trip. This was a nice store with friendly employees and patrons. It had a great selection of food including organic food, beverages, and produce which is important to me.

I went to pick up two items. Standing in line at the express check out with 12 item limit on 8/17/2021 at 620 pm. Ref number 846185 allowed a lady in front of me to continue check out with over twenty items. I would like to know why?

If it wasn't an hour drive I'd shop here all the time. They have a lot more of what I'm always looking for than any stores nearer to me. I went there to stock up on some things I can't find anywhere else.

I like to go here to get shopping done in a timely manner as there store is well stocked. They also carry a root beer flavored milk that is great. They also have a strawberry & chocolate as well.

Very disappointed in the hometown store. Things are constantly out and can’t find help. Too bad there isn’t real competition. Prices are outrageous. Corporate should visit more often

A nice little store that is different than Walmart. They have a nice variety of meats, produce, cheeses, etc. Definitely worth checking out.
