And thus exceeds the already high expectations of Ace Hardware. First how crazy is it have a 30 year work anniversary? Today there was a small spread for an employee's 30th anniversary. To me, this speaks to the way it's run. Nobody works for an employer that doesn't care for 30 years!That care extended to me as well. I was greeted the moment I walked in and as always I was directly helped. The guy who helped me walked me back to the hardware and helped me sort out what was needed. Then, while finishing up, he went and found the last item I needed and brought to me! Amazing service. Especially for $8.00 worth of parts.Well done Hoover, well done.

Employees are friendly and helpful but the price tags are wrong most of the time. I pulled a product and the price on the tag was lower then the price that rang up on the register. Went back and bought a different product and the same thing happened. They don't change the tags or honor the price on the tag cause its wrong. Needs improvement.

Everything I need! This place has changed so much for the better under the Ace name and new ownership. The inventory is incredible for a small town store. I rarely need to go elsewhere to find what I need and prices are largely competitive. The people are helpful and friendly. Nick the owner is wonderful to work with.

Normally ACE hardware's are very customer service orientated, this can't be said in this case. Rude and very judgemental from what I gather, wouldn't be my first choice when you take into consideration price product availability and their service. But what you gonna do. Small town midwest I suppose
