Mitchell Gatz can be totally misrepresented by reviews. We have had the pleasure of subcontracting for his company. The man established clear and precise boundaries on what he expected the project’s results to be. He also has effectively communicated what the professional conduct of his staff and subs. should be. He communicated in a very effective manner and returned phone calls. Mitchell pays immediately after receiving a bill.I have seen the amazing ability of this man, to try to take his company to the next level. He constantly observes, collects information, and educates himself on the construction business. He is hiring amazing professional staff; that is learning and striving to build a quality product.The construction business is not easy. Quality work takes time, education and a firm foundation. Mitchell Gatz does the stressful job of office work, staff management, and customer relations. I have personally seen this man throw off his “business suit” and work by himself, in the crappiest weather to get his projects completed.Take a deep breath, take a couple of days, and wait for this ONE man to professionally return your calls and answer your questions.I’m only giving you my personal opinion on what I have viewed. I am not interested in vicious gossip. This person personally wants to see this man, his family, his company, and employees succeed. Thank you.

As a driver delivering product to this business, they worked with me on time. However, the in person experience was less than pleasant, with a pallet going airborne because customer mishandling caused product to fall off, and signed bills being thrown into the trailer, ending with zero acknowledgement whether they got everything they ordered or anything while their bay door closed basically in my face with no spoken words.
