I had a wondrous experience with Mill Iron V. Previously we had purchased a chicken barn. A house fire on 12/13/24 left us without a home I suggested one of their buildings and we bought it! There was a bedroom and bathroom framed in. The small cabin is now mostly finished by my companion and family members. we were very blessed to have an opportunity to work with them and really love the place. It’s still a work in progress but it’s becoming home.

Was in the need of a new shed. We went in and told Ryan and Trisha what we were looking for. They helped us design it and lay it out that day. They also gave us advice on buildings styles and what they thought would work best for what our end goal was. Good quality buildings. The delivery man is very nice and accommodating to get your building where you want it. I have bought 3 buildings from them, all custom made. A dog kennel with 6 runs, a garden shed and utility economy shed. Was able to match trim and paint to match our house.

There was a small mis-communication detail between Mill Iron and the builder. Mill Iron V handled it like true pro's and took care of the situation with no issues. The customer service was some of the best I have ever had. Would absolutely recommend and would do business with them again.

I love Mil Iron V. I shop their website 3 or 4 times a day. You ask why? Or maybe you did not. I go to their website so much because of all the items they have for sale. What I need today might be different tomorrow. Or the same, who honestly knows the answer to that. What I do know is you will get great service here and good deals. They are a good company. Give them a chance mo way you will regret that decision. Well, unless you doubt yourself a lot. You should not do that.

Had a great experience. The building is awesome, and the installation crew was amazing. Had it up and finished faster than I expected. To be honest with the current world events I was expecting major delays, but was really happy with the turnaround time. I would work with them again. Everyone was super nice and were very quick to respond to any questions.

Mill Iron was highly recommended to us. The design process went smooth with a couple of hiccups. Being told someone could look at our concrete to ensure it was right but then when we asked no one would. Once your order is placed and paid for you hear nothing!!!! One day I get a random call from someone at Tri State carports. Apparently that is who is building my garage. News to me. They say they will arrive late morning on July 8th to install. They have one prior to us that only takes a couple of hours. The next day I get a call because they had no colors for our shed when the design clearly lists them. July 8th comes around and my boyfriend has taken the day off for this. We also had plenty of people lined out to help move into the garage to finish our house remodel. Between 10am and 11am I get a call that they will not be there due to rain and the area is to muddy. My area is concrete and gravel and shouldn’t affect anything. I ask to speak to a manager at tri state. Had to leave a message. Still as of 7/14 no call back. I call Mill Iron and am told this situation will be handled. She drives to the site before mine. It wasn’t muddy. So she tells us she will try to get a install on for the next day 7/9. Well after 3-4 hours we are told we have to wait until 7/12. We are also told by Trish that we deserve some type of discount due to this mishap. 7/12 comes and we are told they would arrive no later than noon. They arrived after 1pm. They only worked until 5. They promise to arrive in 7/13 by 7am. Don’t show up until after 730. They spend most of their day on their phones and making your yard look like trash. They finally completed 7/13 around 730. I spent over a hour picking up pieces of tin everywhere and over 50 screws. We reach out to Trish today and guess who takes no responsibility in this? That’s right Mill Iron. So here I am spent a ton of money on this garage, waiting on them, cleaned there mess and no one take responsibility for this. My garage doors won’t line up because we were told wrong on the concrete. My walk in door was cut wrong because no one listens. I would highly recommend using a big chain instead of this company. It’s a shame that people make so many promises and don’t follow through. Trish said people use them because it’s affordable. However my garage was around 16-17 thousand. I could of gotten the larger kit from Menards but chose to frequent a small business.Service: Steel shed design & building

My husband and I have had several phone call conversations concerning our new cabin plans. They have always answered both the office or cell phone number when we call. (even while Ryan was feeding their cattle!)We traveled to Mill Iron V's main office in Cummings this past week to take a look at their building models in person. The staff was very kind, patient and helpful. They answered all of our questions. We are looking forward to working with their team as we build our dream cabin this summer.

They have just about every building you could use. Prices are average price. People there will try there best to help you in anyway.
