Fast, affordable, helped me to get the most from my insurance company. Ben even did a small patch for me when he came out to inspect my roof and give me an estimate. They were reasonably priced and did great work. They also tore off the old roof, installed the new one and cleaned everything up in a day and a half. What a great experience!After some intense weather, the planning for repairs was a breeze with good communication and Ben's wide experience in construction. With a total roof replacement and extra repairs from rotting wood to flashing replacement and attic/garage ventilation, our old farmhouse is gearing up to face whatever Kansas decides to throw at it next.With a polite attitude, these guys worked through 100 degree heat to get the job done and left their surroundings even neater than before they arrived. Garlands Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. They were professional, kept a clean work area, and clearly cared about their craft.We were disappointed with the original roof (by a different contractor) and some things we discovered during the tear off. Everything you are looking for if you want a new roof and peace of mind both during and after the project!
