We worked with Jeff and he not only SAVED us so much money, but he also handled everything we needed and talked with insurance so that we could relax. We needed a new roof and guttering system. Jeff and his crew were timely, quiet, fast, and most importantly helpful. I've already recommended all of my local friends and family, but if you're looking for roof and guttering services in town and you want something that is high quality, but comes from a local business that will treat you like a friend, go with Elite roofing.Jeff and the Elite team get 5 stars, and our continued business from here on out!

I never leave negative reviews but here I am. After the hail storm that happened in September of 2022, Jeff made his way around to houses begging for their business. Should have been our first red flag. He made a ton of promises to do our roof and siding for the original amount given to us by insurance and put money back into our pockets. He told us to trust him, which we did. He got the roof knocked out fairly quickly, but upon inspection we found SEVERAL things we were not happy with. They would not fix these issues. He also had told us more than once he ordered our siding, so we went ahead and painted all of our outbuildings to match the siding he told us he was going to start on multiple times. After several weeks of this, we tried contacting him for months and he would not answer our calls or texts. After promising that he would do the entire job AND put money back into our pocket, we were left with a roof that he charged us MORE than the original quote from another roofing business (he didn’t disclose this amount until after but promised us he’d beat their price), and less money to finish the siding. Please take this review seriously and DO NOT USE!Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Elite was top notch, responsive to our needs, timely and efficient. They installed our first roof several years ago, on our brand new home. Turned out fantastic. We have a house fire 4 years later. Elite installed another brand new roof on the rebuild. Jeff even went above and beyond, was able to get us a better shingle still within budget. Part of our roof had blown off during the wind storm. Jeff was out the next morning and tarped off the exposed area to prevent interior damage. When the out of town adjuster had it wrong and was short changing us Jeff stepped up and fought for what was right. He was very professional and fast. He did an amazing job and we are very satisfied. He is the only one I am calling when i need roofing or gutter repairs or replacement. I wish I could give this business a better review because of their swiftness in replacing my roofs. It looks great. However, they left the old roofing material in my driveway and refuse to return my phone calls or even answer the phone. I do not recommend working with Elite Roofing and Guttering unless you want trash left on your property that you paid them to haul off for you.

I contacted Elite, they were quick to come out and give me an estimate for a porch repair, that they had installed. I decided I would want to go with them, and tried to scheduled a date for the work to begin. The date came and went so I tried to contact them again and waited for 10 days and never got a response or heard back from them

Was very unprofessional and rude. Guttering has been on for approximately 1 1/2 years and it has leaked at the end caps from day one and now it has pulled away from the house. Next time I will use a reputable company. Lesson learned the hard way!Service: Gutter installation
