I needed help with a faulty AC at a time that everyone was busy. Charlie took time and came after hours to diagnose the issue. They provided a timely and reasonable estimate for the job. To make it even better, the technician wo came to do the actual installation was the most professional technician I have worked with in my 22 years in JC. Mind you I have had up to 7 rentals in town so I have worked with multiple technicians. His humility and knowledge of his job was unmatched. He could explain everything using the right scientific terminology and breaking it down to a 3rd grader's understanding. He was extremely respectful and at the end of the day he cleaned up like nothing happened. If you have a job and will want to combine excellence, quality and affordability, look no further than C and K.

I highly recommend C & K Construction for any construction, HVAC, and plumbing issues that arise. I have used them for many years and have been very pleased with the jobs they have done for me concerning furnace/ HVAC repair and servicing. They have replaced my hot water heater, my garbage disposal and most recently put in a new air conditioner unit. All the work was excellent and I was very pleased. They can be trusted to do a good job.

Im not going to dispute people that had any good experiences , good for you! But I can agree with the bad reviews , That would be where i am at ! Several years ago I had my basement redone and their workmanship sucked big time ! A pipe going from toilet was installed backwards and kept getting plugged until it got redone the correct way. Ac in my house has been expensive repairs with all their trips to "service " it . I finally had another company replace it and no further services was needed . I swear they are more about billing and repeat trips than actually fixing the issue and moving on down the road ! My only advice read all reviews and make your own decisions! For me .. I WILL NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN !

Never have any problems with C&K. They always try to get to us as soon as possible. When we couldn't find a plumber to work on our mobile home, they came out the very next day. I've been doing all of my repairs thru them.

I use to work for this company! They are mean jerks! Charlie is mean and rude and Tim is worse!This place should go under! I worked for them for 3 weeks from May 2022 to June 2022 when I was with this union called Plumbers and Pipefitters! Nick was the only good person at this company. This company is the reason why I quit Plumbers and Pipefitters and HVAC!They ruined my career and a chunk of my life!I'm going to get my revenge on them by throwing eggs at their building!

Had a new air conditioner installed in 2021 after this install the coils inside the furnace started leaking because they installed the pistons wrong not once but twice and the coils had to be replaced. At the furnace tuneup that fall there was a burning plastic smell. Every time I turned on my furnace my smoke detectors would go off this continued for six months. After multiple service calls, and hundreds of dollars new draft inducer was installed. This is not remedy the problem Had a new furnace installed and found out that they left packing materials inside my coils and they fell down into my original furnace and were burning. I sent an email to Charlie the owner of the company about this, and he never responded or offered to make right.August- September 2023Outside condenser unit is making a loud rattling and grinding noise and vibrates almost unbalanced washing machine. Call C&K Construction and have them come out and check it out. I am frustrated that my equipment keeps breaking. Charlie gets the info off of my unit and asks me to stand up for his company if I hear anything bad. I then mention the multiple complaints about his company that I’m aware of and mention that I also have complained. He then gets crazy defensive and starts yelling at me and when I start crying because he is scaring me, he says “Isn’t that like a woman to start crying” I’ve been here multiple times and “I’ve never seen a HVAC unit with so many problems. Maybe it’s a you problem. “ I am afraid to do business with them because I feel like anything that happens I will be confronted in an aggressive manner, and repairs will be held over my head as if I have to earn them.

A call for an annual service on my AC was received. An appointment was set, and service was completed. A call was received prior to his arrival to let me know he was in route The gentleman was timely and considerate.Two weeks later a normal wear and tear part failed. Again an appointment was made and timely repair received. Again very polite and professional service received.

I agree with the other commenter, im not sure the other reviews have that right company! But we have used them for some big plumbing/ heating issues over the past few years and have had some amazing work done! They re-did our plumbing line, fixed our furnace, installed a new whole house filtration system and new water softener! Always a flawless job!

I’m not sure if the other two people that reviewed this company had the correct company. C&K installed my complete AC unit including running all new ducts. They did an awesome job, super professional and left the job site better then it was when they got there. 💯 recommend

Charlie who’s the owner of the company could not be more unprofessional and unethical. His team costs customers extra money due to their poor installations and has multiple complaints on Facebook. They left foam in our furnace that started to burn, and now our A/C they installed is failing. Charlie said he would pay for the install as it was the right thing to do, but then says he changed his mind after yelling at my wife and belittling her for mentioning the issues and complaints on Facebook after he asked her to let him know if anyone mentioned anything negative about his company! He made her cry, and said “isn’t that just like a woman to start crying”. Complete disgusting guy who can’t manage his company.

I would not recommend this company based off my personal experience and now what I have learned from others. I worked for a company that were a sub under them and ended up not getting paid a penny. But the guy I worked for paid me out of his pocket. They are crooks! They have decent reputation for work But that's due to their subs! Not themselves. Very dishonest people!! I'd do zero stars but it doesn't let me. Glad I moved out of Junction City!

When they removed drywall from my house, they cleaned all the debris, and put it down the sink and bathtub drains. You can see in the picture, its all sandy construction material in the sink. Conveniently they also do plumbing. Clogged the hell out of our drains. They knew what would happen. Do not work with them!

Very Dishonest people! Con and scam people like me. Left me in debt and tried to discredit me so they can walk away with alot more money. I would not recommend!
