We needed an old dishwasher taken out and new one installed and there was a leak coming from somewhere under the sink. I called six or seven places and received no response. Josh with Riverview called me back immediately, stopped by to look at everything that evening, diagnosed the problem, and was back as soon as his schedule allowed and fixed everything. He was very knowledgeable and communicative. New dishwasher works great! I'll be contacting them again in the future, for sure.Services: Repair water fixtures, General repairs

My company uses Riverview Maintenance to take care of the properties we manage and they are amazing! They take my calls anytime day or night, which means I can address my residents needs in a timely manner. Honestly I think they spoil us, I cant recall a time where any resident has had to wait more then 48 hours for a work order to be completed. They will always have my recommendation! Josh had done a dishwasher and light fixture installation for me in the past so when I wanted a shiplap wall in my entryway and an affordable board/batten design in my living room, I called him. And I'm glad I did!! He sent Jon who has years and years of experience in the construction business. Jon listened to everything I wanted, gave me options, advice, and suggestions. I couldn't be happier!! The shiplap looks amazing and my living room looks like an entirely different room with the board and batten. The work is meticulous and you can tell Jon really cares about doing a job exactly how the customer wants it done. And he did it all in one day! My water heater for my house went out. After combing the internet for a repair company I came across Riverview maintenance. After calling and talking to someone they scheduled a person to come out and take a look at my water heater. The employee quickly diagnosed my problem and informed me that I needed a new hot water heater. The replacement and installation went very smooth and the employee that came out and replaced it was knowledgeable and friendly. I was happy with the work completed. I Recommend this company to anyone.

5 STARS!!!!! Riverview Maintenance ROCKS!Talk about superheroes! They saved the day for us when we discovered some serious issues while removing our old flooring. My wife and I decided to save some $$ by doing our own demo in advance of the installation of new flooring, but to our surprise while pulling up the existing linoleum we found termite damage in the laundry room! and on top of that we have water damage in the bathroom! (2 days before the installers are scheduled to show up!)That was a lot more than I bargained for! My wife quickly got on the web to find help and boy did we lucky! Josh & his team swooped in and assessed the damage and returned later that day to start the work. Josh was there till 7:00 that night! and returned first thing in the morning with his team to wrap it up just as the installers pulled up!What a great bunch of guys! We can’t thank them enough! Even though our job probably wasn’t considered that big they made us feel like it was their ONLY job! That’s special! The bill was VERY reasonable! More contractors need to be like this company because they know how to treat their customers! We were always in the loop during the process and got text messages when to expect them and then actually show up on time! (that really means a lot!) I have told a lot of friends & neighbors that if they need any work done “you need to call these guys “ ! We are definitely customers for life! Thanks again Riverveiw Maintenance!
