Buyer beware, lifetime warranty does NOT mean lifetime. Our doors and sidelights are just over 10 years old, so we were charged a service fee just to have them come look at a water leak and the glass inserts falling in the frames. There's also frost in one of the sidelights now that it's cold. We were told during the service visit that the repair would be covered by the warranty (seal/weatherstrip break around the window) and the parts would be ordered. After a month, we called to get an update and were told they'd have to "look into it". About two weeks passed and they called to inform us that in fact, the repair would not be covered under warranty and the trim around the window is no longer available due to a vendor change and it "always breaks" when attempting to remove it to repair the seal. We were also informed that the glass is no longer available should something happen to it. Another couple of weeks later a service technician came out and put clear silicone across the top of the door frame to mitigate the water leak, but nothing can be done to fix the glass falling.So, I have a "lifetime warranty" door that leaks water, can't be properly repaired, and we're told won't be replaced because the glass isn't covered under warranty in a door that was purchased from and installed by a glass and exterior remodeling company.

Scheduled an appointment with the online tool, it did make it convenient and easy to select what I was interested in. However my main concern was having a quote for our siding. I had selected to get a quote for windows as well just to get an idea on what it may possibly be. The sales person did show up within the time slot I selected. However that's where the service kinda went south.My main goal was to get a quote for my siding. The sales agent immediately went into the sales of windows. After explaining to him we were more interested in the siding. He ran outside real quick, took a few pictures of our house and said that he would have a quote for siding the next day. Immediately went back into the windows quoting us 24K for 7 windows. It has been two plus weeks now and we have never received a quote for siding. Or have heard back from the sales agent? Kind of frustrating. The lack of communication is a huge determining factor in why I will not be using this company for services.

No high pressure sales. They did a good job of explaining how the windows are made. Scheduling installation was easy. One of the windows had a couple minor defects and it was replaced within about 4 weeks. Was able to pay in four installments with no interest.

The only question I have is a customer is the advertisement is buy one get two free. My math reflects 66% off for three windows. In review of our purchase document it appears we only received 50% off I would recommend to future customers to validate you receive the full percentage. The reason for this rating is because of the products superiority to the other products on the market.

On 03/02/2024 I had 10 windows installed in my home and I must say...I am impressed!! Mario and his crew did a stellar job. They were very nice and professional. Furthermore they covered my floors, bathtub, kitchen sinks etc. and cleaned up really good when they were finished. Mr. Allen Schulpz with Champion Windows kept me informed on the process from beginning to end. Because of Mr. Allen and Mario's crew I want to get a quote for a patio door! I regret using Champion windows. If I had it to do over I would go with renewal by Anderson a hundred times over. I now see the importance of having their own installers. It has been 3 weeks since my Champion windows were installed. The largest window was missing and another window was broken. My tub was scratched and tile broken in my bathroom. Bathroom windows were left with holes in them , and installers did not clean up their mess and did not show care towards my home at all. Not to mention the caulking on the outside of the windows looks like a 5 year old did it. Three weeks out and Champion has done nothing to rectify the situation. We have called them multiple times with no response. I spent 18000 for 10 windows, I expected excellence for that price, instead I am left with inferior customer service and product. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!Service: General window replacement

The product speaks for itself - continues to perform well. Had windows and have added a front door. Love how it keeps the heat out without being too hot to touch! Appreciated the sales rep, Danny Blevins, giving pros/cons to options we would consider as well as alerting about things to think when making our final selection.Install was clean and quick and well done. When it was believed something wasn’t there that was ordered we were set up for success temporarily until next steps could happen. Ended up I forgot what we decided with the contract, which was politely shared in a call from the install rep, Alan. He came out and completed the last tasks, and made better what I hadn’t realized needed a little tweak. All good. Pleased. Would definitely purchase from, and have installed, Champion products again. From the Champion rep, Scott Ellis, who gave all the details included in the screened-in porch project, to Michael Mead, who gave a week-by-week update when project would start. And finally, Seth, the one-man crew, who completed the project with such professionalism. On a daily basis, he cleaned up. Never left the work area a mess. He was friendly and on-time. The work completed is second-to-none. My wife and I are totally satisfied and happy with our screened-in porch. Thanks to Champion for the excellent service, they provide!
