I really never take the time to write reviews or fill out any type of survey but I will in this case, Bryan and Xcel Roofing are top of the line A+. This was our first home owners claim and as you can imagine were stressed to the max with having roof damage and and water leak into our kitchen area. Bryan was very quick in calling me back after scheduling a estimate with Xcel and was out to the house the next day. I personally know a few guys who own and run construction companies who also were coming out to give me a bid and after talking with Bryan I called them off. I was sold in his attention to detail, compassion for the situation we were in, and understanding we really needed insurance to pay for the repairs was second to none. I highly recommend if you are looking for a roofing company to contact Xcel and Bryan you won't be disappointed.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service Todd gave us. He was honest by telling us our roof did not need to be replaced, but identified areas that needed repairs. The crew that repaired our roof was professional and timely. Todd also went above and beyond his job by taking pictures in our attic of an unrelated issue with our HVAC vent, which was causing condensation and inefficiencies. I highly recommend this company. My husband and I aren’t knowledgeable about roof repairs. However, we could have not been in better hands. Our project manager Steven Smith guided us through the process of getting our roof replaced.He was our advocate with the insurance company. I needed a quote for our roof and it was very time sensitive. Xcel roofing came out within 5 hours of me calling them and were able to turn around a quote in less than 48 hours (and this is an extensive, commercial job). Bryan and the entire Xcel Roofing team were great to deal with. Extremely professional but in a personable way, i.e. easy to talk to and good at their jobs. As with most big jobs, there were a couple of small hiccups. These were taken care of without question. It's apparent that Xcel Roofing's number one goal is making sure the customer is happy and not just telling you want you want to hear. If I ever need a new roof again, Bryan will be getting the call.

Steve came out and went with me into the attic to inspect the leak. He identified that there was a loose pipe (plumbing issue) and no problems with the roof. To be thorough he still went up on the roof and checked the fitting. Very professional and polite the whole time.
