Mighty Dog Roofing was integral to me receiving insurance coverage for the damage to my roof and gutters. Javier did an amazing job at talking to my insurance company and telling them exactly what they needed to know, which was information I’m not familiar with. They fought really hard for me and it paid off in the end. Throughout the entire process, Javier was quick to respond to my questions and help me throughout the entire process. They didn’t try overselling me on anything, and they worked with my ideas seamlessly. The crews that came out to complete the construction on my house were incredibly professional and did an amazing work. Everyone I’ve worked with at Mighty Dog Roofing has been incredibly friendly, and nothing but helpful. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

Our roof was started yesterday and completed today and things look great. One neighbor on our block reached out to Mighty Dog roofing, following recent hail storms to replace a roof. Following interaction with Shelby, their project manager, this one turned into 5 or 6. Our roof was unique as it has 28 solar panels on the south side which were put on after the damage. Shelby and his team coordinated the whole removal, roof installation and date to get solar back on plus gutter installation in a few days now that the roof is done. Here is how Mighty Dog really feels about customer service… I had just put up a free book box to fulfill a dream of my daughter. I got it done last week, before I could get matching shingles from our new roof. The crew took it upon themselves to re-roof the book box in the same shingles so the book box and our home match. Our Project Manager, Jesse S., has been extremely helpful in navigating the insurance, selecting the shingles and gutters, and has kept us well informed throughout.The crew who installed the new roof was professional and kind. Had it not been for being home on the day of install (and the fact that the shingle color is entirely different then before), I would doubt it occurred, as there were no visible signs of debris/trash left anywhere.

Great experience with Mighty Dog and Shelby Gifford. Honest and great communication from Shelby. Several neighbors had hail damage repairs, and mighty dog inspected ours as well. Though the damage was there, Shelby was honest in that our particular insurance co was a real stickler and doubted they’d approve.In talking with Shelby I mentioned a leak that was showing in an upstairs bedroom ceiling and he remembered a vent coming up that could possibly be the issue. Shelby flew the drone close up over the area and the vent boot was damaged and someone had attempted to repair with caulking.Because Might dog was working on 3 different houses on our block Shelby said they could send someone over and quickly replace a boot for us.Vent boot was replaced within the next two weeks and Shelby followed up with drone verification that work was complete and didn’t charge us a thing. This sort of service is extremely rare and I’ve dealt with many, many contractors in the past in various trades.Thanks Shelby!When it’s time for a complete replacement I’ll definitely be calling Shelby with Mighty Dog then.

Look elsewhere. I contracted with Mighty Dog Roofing for gutter repair and was invoiced an obscene amount of money on a job that required less material and only took 15% of the time of what I was originally quoted. The service I contracted for was not even completed by Mighty Dog, it was subcontracted to another local crew (who were great, but I'm not reviewing them). That same crew completed a nearly identical job for my neighbor and charged less than half of what Mighty Dog ultimately invoiced me for. It's interesting that on Mighty Dog's website they differentiate themselves as "serving with integrity," unfortunately my experience did not live up to that standard.

They were quick and responsive from the start, I contacted the production manager about a leak in our roof, in under 48 they had someone on our roof checking it out for us and were able to take care of our problem right away.
