Justin and Mike were such a pleasure to work with. They were attentive and answered all my crazy questions. I wanted a different color on our roof and we were checking into replacing it. We still have another 10 - 15 yrs on our existing roof. I visited Shingle Magic at a home show and they were the answer to our prayers. I could get what I wanted without the super expense of a new roof. All my neighbors have come out to tell us how amazing it looks. I would definitely recommend them. Now we are having them do our gutters.

The customer service I experienced with this company was not just top notch, but some of the best I have ever had with any contracting business. Not only were the staff knowledegable about the product, and the business, but the person-to-person experience was something most of us take for granted too often. The entire experience with Shingle Magic Exteriors was both pleasant and professional. My roof needed a few shingles replaced. The office staff was very personable. The Shingle Magic company was great. All the employees were very helpful in friendly. The team who worked on our roof did an amazing job and it looks great. The 30 year warranty is also a big plus and was one of the main reasons we went with this company. For those who are looking to repair/update their roof and are on a tight budget, I would highly recommend this company.

Installation of product was done yesterday. Two person team was able to finish the application in one day. The "walking" of the roof checking for loose shingles and the cleaning which is an important part of the process was very through. After the roof dried, completed the application. Crew was professional, organized and did an exceptional job with cleanup.

The two man team who applied the roof coating materials were very well organized and once they completed the application cleaned up the yard and power washed our windows that experienced some dirt associated with the application. Most importantly, Tony who was in charge, was personable and open to answering all my questions. He explained each step of the application as he was about to begin the project.

The Shingle Magic team completed the work on my roof yesterday. My experience with the owner and representatives was incredibly positive. The process occurred over 4 days due to chilly weather and the need for outside temperatures to be at the right level. The team announced their arrival in advance each day, arrived on time, and informed me of the work that was completed each day. It is early days, but my hope is to see a bit of a reduction in my home insurance rate, a long-lasting roof, and if lucky some increase with energy efficiency. I am in a townhome, and I can see a slight difference between my roof shade (I had the clear finish) and the neighbors' but not too significant. I don't think one would notice unless aware and looking for a difference as I was. It has been a positive experience thus far.

We went to the Home Expo this weekend where we came across the Shingle Magic booth. We spoke with Trinity who was awesome! She was super professional and engaging so, of course, we signed up for the presentation. Tyler came to tell us about the product and he was also very professional as well as courteous and knowledgable! This seems like it's going to be a great solution to some potential roof issues we were noticing and much less expensive than the new roof we had been considering. I met with one of Shingle Magic KC's salespeople named Tyler Berg. He was extremely kind and intelligent, both personally and professionally. Their product definitely is something I am seriously considering, and if not for Tyler I may have dismissed the sales attempt. The guys and gals of Shingle Magic Exteriors ware great from the sales admin and installers the the information they gave was spot on, I checked everything and i super satisfied with the work the came out and cleaned the entire roof and fix anything that was messed up before applying the sealer and cleaned up around the house after they were done i would highly recommend these guy in the middle Tennessee area it worth price
