I used Your Neighborhood Roofer for roof and gutter replacement and was satisfied with the results. The sales person performed an initial inspection and determined that we had hail damage. The sales person helped set up a call with our insurance company and the insurance company started the claim process. When the insurance adjuster came for an initial inspection, the roofing company owner was here to help with any questions that the adjuster had. The roofing team completed the roof replacement in 1 day. They cleaned up after the project, making sure that there were no nails in the yard or driveway. The gutter replacement was completed in 2 days. The gutter replacement crew was not as good with cleanup. I found nails on the driveway and on the patio and also scraps of sheet metal left in the yard and on the street.

A 5 star experience across the board! Jay was awesome the whole way through the process and I appreciate how much time was taken to explain everything rather than just rushing through. Roof issues are always stressful so working with a company you can tell really cares about their clients and work product makes all the difference. Highly recommend!
