We had Blair install gutter covers, he also inspect, cleaned & sealed our guttering, along with power washing the north side of our house to remove dirt & mold. Blair and posh exteriors replaced a piece of exterior Masonite siding on my home. They recommended a longer lasting, better quality product than what was previously installed. They were on time, kept me posted of their work, and did an excellent job of installing and painting. They were open and transparent. They didn't try to talk me into other unneeded work. Blair came to our home showed us the gutter guard material he installs. He was very professional and knowledgeable of his product. We purchased the gutter guards and he showed up the next morning . It took about 3 hours to remove the old guards and install the new. Throughout the removal and instal he took pictures to show us the condition of our gutters. I feel very confident that I have a quality product gutter guard on my house. My husband is 72 years old, and he will never have to climb on the roof again. Blair Zeimet from Posh Exteriors power washed my gutters and vinyl siding to remove mold & algae that had accumulated especially on the north facing part of my house. He also sold & installed gutter guard. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and I'm relieved that I won't have to clean my gutters. We used Posh exteriors to put on Gutter Gloves. Blair was very polite and seemed very knowledgeable about his product and the installation. He got done in one afternoon. He leveled and repaired some of the places on the existing gutters so they would drain correctly. We haven't had rain yet since the installation, but it looks like quality work. Would use him for other services that he offers--house painting and fence installation are a couple.

Blair and Previn removed our old gutter covers which were covered with debris, cleaned out the gutters and installed new gutter covers which will allow the debris to just slide off. He explained thoroughly how the gutter covers are designed to work. Blair made a video of the gutters after they were finished so we could see how they look and we can see how much better they will work. They also did a great job of power washing the house. Blair was very responsible and professional with installation of gutter guards. He really went beyond doing this job by offering to repair wood rot and paint above my front door were the guttering had fell to drain properly. Blair even did this for me “free” of charge! I like how he even took pictures of the roof after installing them to show me what it looks like up there. I can’t go up on a ladder to see for myself. Also, during the installation, he kept explaining and showing to me all what it takes and what is needed to be done to achieve proper drainage for my home. I felt like a very valued customer. He had an attitude of treating my house as if he was working on his own home. I like how he demonstrated a sense of pride in completing his work properly. I’ve always wanted to get my gutters done but most of the major companies are too expensive so I kept putting it off. I was skeptical at first with Blair and his company but he quoted me a fair estimate and the price was very affordable for the labor and size of my home. Overall, I am well pleased! The Posh Exteriors staff were a pleasure to work with today. We met for the first time last night…..The different types of gutter guard shields were explained and measurements were taken. Work was started early this morning and finished by mid afternoon. I have never seen a crew work so quickly and efficiently. Blair, was very enthusiastic about his work! Facing a knee surgery I am not cleaning the gutters right now. I had been thinking about some type of gutter guards for several years. He did a good sales job but it was the reviews and the fact he offered to help me with another project if I needed extra help because of the knee situation. I did not want to take advantage of that so I opted out.. But, it was very nice of him to offer.He showed up on time. He and his helper worked fast but not in a way that would make you think it was poor workmanship. I really appreciate him videotaping after the job was complete since I was not going to crawl up on the roof. Highly recommend this company!

The video he does of the finished job is impressive and you really get a full appreciation for the guards once you see them on video taken from the roof. We have a ton of trees around our house, including a large river birch in our front yard, somewhat close to our house. In the spring it seeds with these brown caterpillar looking things, and we get tons of leaves all season long, and a lot of that ends up in our gutters. With water overflowing in two spots every time it rains, and sick of cleaning the gutters myself (it’s really hard to stay on top of it) I tried installing cheap and easy gutter guards by myself. It difficult and dangerous, and time consuming, and that was only the first gutter section in the front yard. It didn’t even keep those birch seedlings out. They just hung on there for months and then eventually accumulated and obstructed the down spout. Then Blair from Posh Exteriors came along. He was finishing a job up the street and we got to talking. That same afternoon he walked the perimeter of the house and gave me a quote, to install gutter guards, free of charge (quote was free). I got to handle the samples and ask questions. He was friendly, kind, and courteous. Very easy to talk with. The quote was within our modest budget, and after talking it over my wife, we decided to move forward with Blair and Posh Exteriors. Boy, am I glad we did! We just had a big rain, and there was no overflow!! It’s fall and the leaves have been falling, and my gutters are clear and flowing smoothly! Blair was great to deal with, down to earth, and delivered quickly and professionally exactly what we needed. He listened to my concerns and problems and was able to address them in a polite and courteous manner. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how the system worked. After this experience I can confidently say that I highly recommend Posh Exteriors and installing gutter guards if your situation is anything remotely like mine - leaves, debris, ladders, and overflow. It’ll save you time, trouble, and possibly from really getting hurt. His words “I want to make it so that you never need to go up there again.” Christmas lights aside, I’m so grateful I won’t have to for my gutters!

I was so pleased with Blair’s work. We had extensive fading and mold on our exterior deck and he was able to explain how we could save it and not replace the entire deck. He cleaned gutters before putting on our new mesh gutter guards, also used magnet to pick up screws. Now just need to see how leaves and maple seeds do because the guards we had on before kept those pesky seeds on them due to the holes and we always had to get on a ladder to clean them off. Here's hoping that is a past time with these mesh guards. Life time guarantee is a plus too.
