The representative came at the agreed time. He provided an estimate on the spot after carefully measuring interior and exterior. Quality product with professional employees. They took off our 30+ year-old Masonite siding and installed TruCedar seamless steel siding.House is quieter, looks far better, and is protected by lifetime-warranted siding that never needs painted.Work was delayed by winter weather, but once they started, our 2500 square-foot home was done in just over two weeks.Yes, you’ll pay more than vinyl. It’s worth it.

We had 10 windows replaced. I felt like Ryan was very honest about ways we could save a little money when selecting the styles/colors, and put our needs first instead of trying to maximize profit. Did a great job explaining the value of their product versus vinyl. The installation crew was very professional, and were very accommodating by not working on the window in my son's room during his afternoon nap, which I really appreciated. Immediately after they replaced our 1970s metal frame windows, we could feel a difference in how the temperature leveled out throughout the house. We purchased 4 windows and an exterior front door with sidelight. Measurements of our openings were taken and the products explained thoroughly. Brochures were left detailing the items quoted. Everything we wanted was detailed in the quote so the components could be ordered. Our order arrived earlier than expected and install was scheduled. The install took place over a three day period. Cameron, the installer, showed up everyday on time and worked hard all day. A day and a half he had assistance for a very large window and the exterior door. Despite the fact that temperatures were in the three digit range work progressed on schedule. Everyday the area was cleaned up to the point you couldn't tell there was work in progress.The windows look great and operate very well. The front door looks amazing and the added metal trim blends seamlessly. We can already tell a difference in the comfort of our home and we feel value has been added.A big thank you to everyone we dealt with at Midland Exteriors and a special thanks to Cameron for his professional craftmanship, work ethics and politeness. Had a few different estimates for windows done. Ryan was the best by far at Midland! I went to their showroom he showed me the differences between fiberglass and vinyl! I was sold! Very easy to work with! Shannon keeps you up to date with what’s going on with your order. Monte is an awesome installer!! Makes sure you are completely happy before he leaves. We replaced 4 large single pane windows with Marvin Infinity double hung windows. The whole experience from start to finish was great. Midland wasn’t the highest bid we received and they were by no means the lowest but it was their customer service that sold us. Ryan was the sales rep we worked with and he did an excellent job. Shannon made scheduling the installation easy and was able to get us into the schedule a month earlier than originally planned. The installation crew was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Midland Exteriors to anyone looking to upgrade or update their existing windows.

We have used Midland Exteriors on multiple occasions. In the past the service and end product were "okay" at best. The job was done, but I was not very impressed.On this project, however things were very different and much, much better. The sales representative was much more attentive, thorough, and acted like he actually cared about what we wanted. Then, when the installers came out they were equally professional. They were attentive to our unique fencing situation and did very nice job. No mess and exactly what we wanted.It appears that Midland has recommitted itself to service and quality. 5 stars still tells it all. We continue to be very pleased with Midland Exterior's service and professionalism in working with us. Have had sufficient time to evaluate the Marvin Infinity windows and installation and feel it the best replacement product for us. We have now had additional windows and a patio door installed since our last review. Easy to clean, hardware moves smoothly when opening and closing, no drafts, great color match to our existing wood window trim, and in our varying Kansas temperatures these windows perform in keeping the inside temperatures comfortable. Our experience has been very positive and we recommend Midland Exteriors without hesitation.

Received a call yesterday that our new Infinity patio door came in. It was 2 months early, and I'm REALLY excited! The old door didn't open/close well and leaked water, but we couldn't find the leak. The new door is SUPER quiet when it opens/closes, the screen door moves easily and the guys were very professional and courteous. Went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy.
