I used this company one year ago in March. They were prompt to show up and collect $1000 only to set up fans and a dehumidifier. They said they would follow up and give a date and time, then not show up or call. Their carpenter, Cole, talked a big game of the repairs he was going to make on the roof and inside the kitchen. Cole went on vacation and never followed up or returned anymore of my calls. Use a different company.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

My family and I had some minor flooding in our home and I called Phoenix, having no idea what we needed to do to fix it. CJ came out to our house shortly after and was fantastic. He helped us through our issue and set us up with someone to replace our carpet padding. He was very professional and got the job done for us in a timely manner. We had a water shutoff valve fail late in the afternoon on the main floor which flooded the main floor and basement. Shortly after getting main shut off we called CJ at Phoenix and they had a crew out first thing the next morning. They immediately started the mitigation work to dry everything out. They came over and checked the progress of the drying daily as well as kept us up to date on their plan. They worked closely with our insurance and all recommendations will be covered. Came home from a two week vacation to find our washing machine water supply line had a slow leak causing flooding in several areas of our home and new wood floors squishing under feet. Called CJ at Phoenix and he immediately sent his crew over to check it out on a Sunday night. CJ & Josh began mitigation right away by taking up the floors, removing mold growth, and setting up several humidifiers to dry out the wet areas. CJ and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish and made a horrible situation as stress free as possible. We had a pipe burst February 2018 and it completely flooded our first floor including bathroom, bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Phoenix did a wonderful job keeping in contact. I'm pretty sure I texted/telephoned with Brad a million times. His team was always extremely professional and I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen! Something that I thought was extremely helpful was Brad's willingness to provide some guidance on paint colors. I picked out a gray...and he said that would work, but also made some suggestions based on previous customers. His suggestions turned out to be wonderful. Thank you Phoenix! New carpet, cabinets, paint, floors. All done exceptionally well.

Do NOT use this company, Their customer service and communication skills are very bad. If you want things done in a timely manner then do not choose this company, they've taken over 2 months to finish a job for me that I was told would take a week and they still are not done. They will tell you they are going to show up at a certain time and then not show at all that day and won't even call to tell you that "something else came up" until days later when they randomly drop by unannounced.Service: Mold damage restoration

I panicked when a general inspection noted mold in my basement and I felt like my home was somehow and tainted by this and would soon fall apart! CJ put me at ease in less than 10 minutes by explaining that the type of mold found in my basement is common due to the Kansas environment and not due to trapped moisture. I had always thought that mold meant that something "deeper" might be going on, but CJ explained that there are some types of mold that are very superficial and easily mitigated. I would also like to state how very grateful I was that CJ came out the very next day after the mold was discovered to provide this reassurance and sent out a crew to begin the mitigation process the following week. CJ went above and beyond to assist us, as he contracted to have our ducts thoroughly cleaned and coated in addition to coating the areas in our basement where the mold was visible, and also took the time to write a letter for us to reassure any potential buyers (we are the midst of trying to sell our home) and realtors that the issue has been mitigated and is backed by a 1-year guarantee.
