The technician was very nice. He looked at our furnace and said it was too old to service so he gave a bid for new furnaces. No cleaning or maintenance, but we did get a bill for $75.

My experience with standard has been overall subpar over the past year. I purchased their membership services when I bought my home in 2023. This was to give me on call service, discounts on services, etc. Listed on their website. Serviced A/C as normal. Had some plumbing issues with my bathtub in December, but I was told they don't have any availability until January when they get their new system going. I was told I was put on a list & that I'd get a call back when I could be scheduled. Never got that call. February rolls around. Hot water is out. Tried calling them. Need to call another number for after-hours emergency. Called that number. No answer. Called twice before 10pm. Called office next day during business hours. Shockingly, there was no answer. I called a competitor to replace the water heater and plumbing to the bathtub. They were there the same day & did fantastic work. March rolls around. I decided to take them up on the heater service since I already paid for that in the membership services. The technician came out & was very nice. Explained to me that my heater has too many issues and that he is going to condemn it. I understood why with a heat exchanger cracked and putting out way too much carbon monoxide. Temps were to be below freezing, and I have a 2 year old mind you...I called the office and asked about replacing the unit and what the next steps would be. Was told that the owner would contact me with an estimate. It's now been 6 days with absolutely nothing from the company. Yet again, I've had to try and get the competitors to replace my unit. I do not understand how a company can condemn my heater, then leave me and my family with zero options or communication. I thought hvac companies made most of their money selling and replacing hvac units. I would think this would be a top priority. Very disappointed in that. The technician was very nice, but the ball has been dropped time and time again. I don't think I will be using their services in the future. I had a lot of faith in the company from the start and loved the reviews. Idk how this all happened.

I called Standard for a complete HVAC renewal. I got estimates from three companies. I went with Standard for the best price for the best equipment brand and because they are a 100 year old company. Two very professional, and proficient technicians came to our house over one and a half days and did a wonderful job removing our old HVAC system and replaced it with a high efficient system. I feel like I got the best equipment for my money and got the best experience with installation. Outstanding company.

Justin came on MLK Day in -10 degree weather. He spent an hour trouble shooting our heater, found the problem, took the blower to the shop and soldered the blown transistor himself. He got the unit up and running, we can't recommend Standard highly enough!

I Spoke to renee the owner. She was very unprofessional in dealing with her customer. I spoke to her politely but her response is extremely rude. I believed that if you ran a business you need to take good care of your customer by showing good behavior, professionalism and exceptional service. Thank you for the quick after hour’s emergency service! I called at 10pm cause we couldn’t get the water main turned off and our house was flooding. The technician who answered was super friendly, professional and walked me through trying to address on the phone. I couldn’t resolve it so he was at our house less than 10 minutes later and fixed it. You all even called today to check in on us. You all are wonderful!

We remodeled our bathroom in an old house. The two guys who came worked well together, cleaned up after themselves, and accomplished a lot of work quickly! Saved our attic from rain during the project, reattached some subfloor ductwork to the vent for us, affordable. We highly recommend. Will hire again when/ if needed!

Air conditioner went out last night. Called at 9AM as soon as they opened. By 12:30pm they had someone out to help us. By 1:15 pm we had cold air back blowing again. Great service and the technician also explained everything that was going on and gave some basic AC cleaning/upkeep tips to help prevent future issues. Really impressive and quick work during a miserable week of heat.
