Ordered a toolbox they canceled the sale because they didn't want to or couldn't assemble it. Wouldn't even let me pick it up and assemble myself. Then by the time I found out it was cancelled the sale had ended contacted customer service and they basically said tough. They're to big of a corporation to care about a single person so good luck.

Employees were very helpful and friendly! I always feel comfortable to shop here. They always happy to help customers. Great service and I think the manager is so great! All shelves are full of stock and tidy up so nicely. I went to the front yard looking for flower seeds. I thought about buying it online, but the flower seeds I wanted seemed popular and were out of stock. But I was very lucky to find the flower seed I was looking for in this store. This flower seed I bought was quick to germinate and I had a very good shopping. When I visited this store, it was crowded with many customers, but the cashier flowed smoothly and I was able to pay without waiting. I recommend the store here!Highly recommend the store!

I made a large purchase there and as they were advertising it was interest free for 24 months. I wouldn’t have put it on a Home Depot card had I know that was not the case. They charged me interest after I paid well over then min payment. When I called them they said it was because I used a coupon and they could not honor the coupon and the interest together. They never told me this at the purchase of the flooring. She even gave me the flyer saying it was 24 months no interest. Calling they were no help. So now I’ve paid in interest more then I got off in the coupon in just one month. I went ahead and paid it off and I will not be using a Home Depot card anymore as it’s a rip off and the people in the manhattan store were either not in the know about it or false advertising. They should have honored what they told me during such a large purchase. Sticking to Menards from here on out.

Ordered online and always have. But this last experience is the worst. FedEx said that order was out for delivery and then delayed because of weather. And we had absolutely no weather . Delivered some of the order the next day in taped up boxes. Not all items were in it called to find out about order and they said FedEx showed delivered. I have dispute it with my home depot credit card. 60 to 90 day. I think that I am done with the home depot.

Best lumber yard in candice I will never go back to menards They raise their prices and then they say automatic 11% off. I work In the retail business for 15 yearseniors they suck. I will always go to home depot to where I can get good prices and good service.

Hello folks just wanted to give you a heads up if you are buying a GE washer and dryer combo sets such as the one in the picture. Washer dryer delivered in June 10th 2023 didn't get to use it about two weeks after that because I had just done laundry at the Minor detail anyway found out after several tries that the the washer dryer is equal friendly customer friendly so it doesn't do a good job and neither washing or drying. Tried to give back appliance to home Depot and I am getting the run-around due to the fact that it took awhile for me to determine that the washing machine was drunk and decided to ask home Depot if I can get another even if it cost me more. Home Depot customer service/management has been very poor they didn't want to take the machine because it took longer than 30 days to contact. I'm still dealing with this problem as of today August 14th 2003. They suggested me calling a service tech and the GE appliance in Topeka has absolute incompetent workers. They messed up the scheduling twice so add to lose work because of this I'm a single father of three kids in desperate need of help in these guys decide to shoot another torpedo into a ship that's already sinking. Anyway don't buy this product for now and I'll give you updates. As far as the review for the GE appliance center in Topeka I will be doing so. Incompetence is amazing.

I come in at least once or twice a week, and I’ve never been let down by the outstanding customer service.Keile spent at least an hour guiding me through the floor staining process and helping me identify the color I was looking for. He was very patient and offered expert advice. This is the second time he has helped me in the past month. He’s awesome! (Give that man a raise.)Sandy and Dan aided in helping me choose the correct sander for my project. Dan explained the differences and which one was better. I’m extremely grateful for their help and expertise. (Give them a raise.)Even Tracey in check out was kind and offered information on rental equipment (even though she is kind of new.)I think I even spoke with a Kara last night about renting a sander. She answered like 42 cajillion questions and was really nice about it.At previous visits, I’ve had outstanding help by the flooring and garden departments. I’m just never let down by the helpfulness of the staff.I appreciate you all, and thanks!

I have shopped the store a couple times and the last time I was here I unfortunately left my cane which is a special cane. It belonged to my sister before she passed and was hand carved and I had called all over looking for it! Home Depot was nice enough to hold on to this cane for me until I was able to pick it up. I can't begin to tell them how grateful I am. When I went in to pick it up, there were two young staff members who were absolutely fantastic for the managers reference. There was one gentleman that was curly haired with glasses. I did not catch his name but he was very friendly and is perfect customer service

If you are looking to buy appliances ask for MIKE! My wife and I went there and tried to buy a stove and the computer system went down right as it charged the card. Obviously we were a little irritated but Mike reassured us that he would fix everything and he did. A real helpful, patient and friendly guy. Wish more associates were like this guy!

Went to this store in Nov of 2022 to inquire about purchasing doors for my home. They charged me 40.00 and someone was supposed to call to come measure. By May of 2023 no call was received. I spoke with a manager then and was told no one would come that far. Never once was I told that. He said someone would call me in the next couple of days to reschedule with someone else. Still waiting on that call 2 weeks later. Evidently this store does not care about good service.

Terrible experience, over and over. Our jobs have been delayed consistently because lack of organization, communication and knowledge within the store. We've saved money by shopping online, rather than in store because staff did not know pricing details, delivery details, etc. It's incredibly challenging to be a local contractor in the Manhattan area with such terrible customer service... and technical service. Get it together.

Everything was easy to find once I had help and getting help was easy! It's always offered as you even just walk by and all the employees are incredibly eager to help you find what you're looking for. I learned valuable information for my projects and felt like I mattered to the staff that was assisting me. Nobody walked off until they were sure I had all the help I needed. Even at the register, Matt was incredibly kind and helpful with price matching. I had a lovely experience on a rather upsetting day and it made my day better and easier

This review is not one star because of the Manhattan, Kansas Home Depot employees, they were all very kind and helpful. The delivery drivers out of Kansas City were also kind and seemed rather embarrassed about our situation, as follows. We ordered a dishwasher just before Christmas, paid in full, and set up a delivery time for a week later. The driver arrived and took one look under our sink, then told us we had plastic hoses instead of metal, and they couldn't install it. They left, we called and made an appointment for delivery in another week, then called the plumber who came out and replaced the hoses. Okay, not Home Depot's fault, but frustrating. The next week, one man began taking out our old dishwasher while the other unboxed our new one. He came in and said the new machine was damaged, and they would have to come back. They left, we called and made ANOTHER appointment for THREE WEEKS later. Three weeks later, repeat the scenario: One man began taking out our old dishwasher while the other unboxed our new one. He came in and said the new machine was damaged, and they would have to come back. OR we could accept a dishwasher with a big chunk out of the top front corner and they would call to see if they could get us some money off. We chose not to accept it, they left, and we went to Home Depot and got a refund. Again, nice employees, but very frustrating. One stop at a local Appliance & Sleep Source Center had us leaving happy, with a dishwasher that cost less and was installed within less than a week. Moral of this story for me is, don't think that the big box stores are the best and most affordable way to go. Home Depot let us down big time. They will be our last resort in the future.

Have been having the best customer experiences and have been visiting almost daily for a month working on projects for family!Steven was the first to help me in the paint department and so far all the advice has been really helpful and lining up with the right answers for our paint project!Kyle is a super friendly face and always working hard!!Dave is fun to joke around with and really helpful when it came to helping dad with tips on wiring our fan and replacing hardware!Our most recent visit was also a ton of fun and very helpful! -> Bethany helped us at customer service and was a friendly face to welcome us to find a solution. We asked Frieda to page someone to assist us and someone came shortly! Mary who was off the clock but saw my mom in a frenzy to find the right hardware, stopped and assisted us from start to finish and made sure we were 100% helped! I was super impressed!! Kenzie and Tanner are who responded to Frieda’s page and assisted Mary to to help us as well and were very helpful and sweet in the process!

I purchased a washing machine online. When shopping, the site said would be delivered May 31. The date was changed to June 7 immediately after completing the purchase. Because I had heard nothing, I looked online June 6 and discovered another delay. So, June 14 comes and the machine is to be delivered. The delivery guys were told about the haul away but did not take it and slipped out the back door without a decent good bye to the person at my home. I contacted the delivery guys within minutes of them leaving and they told me to contact customer service. No apology for the misunderstanding and could not be bothered to return and do the right thing. So I called customer service and haul away was scheduled for the following week. I received a confirmation call the day prior that they would arrive between 10-2. At 3 PM on haul away day, I called customer service because nobody had shown or contacted me. I was told that I had been scheduled for delivery not haul away. And because I already received the machine they weren’t going to come. (No call to me to ask, inform, confirm?!?!!). I was transferred to several people before being disconnected. So I called the store in Manhattan and they never called me back as promised either. I still have a non-working machine stuck in my basement. So disappointed!I understand the delay of getting the new machine because this is happening everywhere. However, there is no excuse for the repeated lack of communication and not taking my old machine out.
