The auto guys attached to the hardware store were super with helping with a quick replacement of the airstream tire and wrangling of the wires that got ripped out along the way so we could get back on the road quickly!

Always very helpful and ask how they can help when you arrive. Willing to order in items not normally in store. I had great success ordering 30+ bags of rubber mulch.

All 3 employees were not wearing masks, despite customers who were wearing masks. It was sad as my aunt is over 75 and at high risk for death or complications from Covid. So we did not feel safe and could not shop as we intended. I was disappointed as the employees, who were young, showed no concern about possibly putting older people in danger. We won’t stop here again. To us the safety factor makes the longer drive to Walmart worth it.

Very helpful and friendly. They had exactly the parts and such I needed. Also, the prices were very reasonable. Usually, when you're in a big truck the price doubles. It's sooo much better than Walmart, etc etc etc. Peace

The staff are friendly enough and greet you upon entering, the store has more than enough to get the job done and if you want something Ace sells but doesn't stock then they are more than happy to order it.
