Can't say enough good things about this company! Their customer service is incredible - Jordan is the nicest person you would ever want to talk to. The service men were professional and courteous and able to keep the old furnace running until a specific special order part was obtained. Prices are very reasonable. We recently had our air conditioner go out, and this team was awesome to work with…. From Hailey in the office, to Justus the owner. The gentlemen that came out were phenomenal. As we all know your air conditioner will not go out at a convenient time. During the heat bubble the compressor went out on the air conditioning of our home. It was 99 degrees on the inside of my home. They came out faster than they said they would, I was greeted by very professional man, and he explained everything that needed to be replaced. Their prices were extremely fair. I would recommend them to anyone. They were fast reliable and fair. With the heat indexes over 130F I was grateful they they responded the way they did. If not for them we would not have survived this heatwave.

We had a leak on our AC drain in the attic and I called Justis on Monday to set an appointment for Thursday because I thought I had the leak fixed temporarily fixed, later in the day the leak started again. I called him back and told him, so he immediately said he would have someone their the next morning early. Elijah showed up about 8:30 am and I explained what was happening and I couldn't tell where it was leaking and went to work on the problem & found it. He was in the hot attic on and off for about an hour and a half. Finally found the leak and fixed it. I would recommend Chuck's for AC repair to everyone. I have known Justus for years. He has given me the best service there is on my AC and Furnace. I recently moved from Valley Falls to Nortonville and even though Jusus doesn't serve Nortonville, as a favor to me he sent Andrew out last Tuesday to service my AC which had stopped working. Andrew fixed my AC, and it is now working great. The fact that Justus would do that for me, is an example of how much he and his team care about the people they take care of. We called Chuck's for an issue with our AC unit not cooling properly, Justus Mollenka responded as the on-call technician and was very courteous when he arrived. We discussed the problem and I explained that I was in the process of washing down the coils on the condenser due to a buildup of Cottonwood seeds. He did a full check on the internal system in the house and on checking the condenser, he found a capacitor that was leaking. The part was on the truck and was installed quickly getting us back on track. His professional attitude and communication skills were excellent.
