Attached Garage Addition: I scheduled three different companies to come provide estimates for our project. VersaCon was hands down the best option from the start. Luke responded in a timely manner to the request, was on site a few days later, listened to all of our plans, supported our vision for the project, and offered a fair quote for the work to be done. He helped find an architect for the project and brought him to meet us and work out the details together. The crew Luke uses is friendly, professional, and pays attention to the details. Luke was gracious to answer any and all questions we had along the way and was on site every few days to make sure things were going smoothly. We hit a few road bumps with supplies due to covid, but Luke stepped up and found ways to make things happen so we had what we needed to stay on track. The end result is a fantastic addition that ties into the original house as if it was always there. It is functional and well built. We have neighbors stopping by often to complement the work done and say how are nice it looks. We could not be happier. The roofing crew showed up perfectly on time and got started immediately prepping the house for the work. The crew was very friendly and did a fantastic and quick job replacing the shingles. The next day, the guttering was done and the whole project looks amazing. They left my property very clean and without any extra debris or nails. Luke came over for an estimate and looked through my insurance paperwork. He helped me understand what my insurance would cover and told me the payment options. He inspected the roof then told me he’d send over an estimate soon. He sent it within a couple of days and was very quick to answer any questions I had. His team showed up and did an absolutely phenomenal job. They were here at 7 and done by 2. You couldn’t even tell that they had been here. They did a thorough job of cleaning up. After they were done Luke came by to inspect the work and double check that his team got all the nails picked up and ask if we were happy with the job. We had a new roof put on, Chimney Caps replaced, leak fixed after years of battling trying to find the problem, water damage in our kitchen repaired. I had my roof inspected for a much needed 30 year replacement and my local HOI company denied the roof replacement. I had Luke at my home looking at another project and he ended up inspecting my roof and determined it needed a total replacement. Luke worked very hard with my insurance to replace my roof and he was also able to get new gutter guards and downspouts and replace those too. Luke and his crew finished the job in less than 2 days and I was 100% satisfied with the very professional and dedicated workmanship, prompt responsiveness to all my questions and exceptional cleanup. They went above and beyond, pricing was more than fair and I've already enlisted VersaCon to do another home repair soon. I recently had the pleasure of working with Versacon to build a new deck/porch with a wheelchair ramp for my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The deck was completed less than two weeks after the contract was signed, which was impressive given the complexity of the project.This wasn't my first time working with Versacon - earlier this year, they also completed an outstanding deck at the rear exit of my house. Both decks replaced a decaying wooden deck that was more than 20 years old with a new deck made of composite materials and aluminum rails. Versacon even recommended LED lights for the rails that look beautiful at night.The build quality and workmanship of the Versacon employees were outstanding. They were always on time and began their day early in the morning, working straight through until 5 p.m. every day. They even worked when the temperatures were well below freezing, which demonstrated their dedication to the project and their clients.Overall, I highly recommend Versacon to other families looking for quality deck or wheelchair ramp construction. We had a sewage backup in the basement. City said it was an "act of God", We had it sterilized and cleaned , but waited for repairs due to high lumber prices. Luke and his crew patched sheet rock, smoothed textured walls and painted. New doors hung, carpet on stairs replaced. Very good , detailed work was done. We are happy with it. And will use again to hang doors upstairs later, and possibly front porch depending on city codes.
