With the bitter cold bringing frozen pipes, we unfortunately had a pipe burst and cause water damage to our finished basement. 911 Restoration was able to get to our job quickly (even with high demand for the area), was able to dry out our basement and remove the damaged drywall and carpet. We then used them to repair the drywall and replace the carpet. They made our basement look new again and worked with our insurance company to ensure we were compensated for our damages. At the end of the process I was completely satisfied with the professionalism, communication, and craftsmanship of 911 Restoration not to mention the price. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone without reservations!

We've used 911 Restoration for two separate water leak issues causing damage to our great room ceiling and our 2nd floor laundry. Both times, Mike was very responsive and prepared with a plan to clean up the damage and Chris with a plan to restore to pre-damage conditions. 911 Restoration is very skilled at identifying the source of the problem, removing all of the damage and restoring your space back as it was prior to the damage. Mike and his team were great! I was in a bind when my basement flooded after a discharge pipe flooded while my family and I were gone over Christmas. Most companies told me it would be a week before they could even evaluate the situation.I was about to start tearing out carpet when Mike called me back and told me he had a crew that had finished early. They were there within an hour and had removed water and carpets within 3 hours of arrival. Mike Martin was the project manager for the job I had. His team and him were amazing. I thought I found some issues with the work they performed and he showed up and explained to me how it was the company I hired to clean the air ducts. But with out hesitation his crew quickly re worked the area and cleaned everything up even tho it wasn't there fault. I also had a door get broken in the process. Of course no one knew how it got broke but Mike did not hesitate for one second to repair the door. They remediated mold in my basement and went above and beyond the call of duty.
