Our new roof from Erie Home is beautiful! We are proud to have our neighbors comment positively as well. The ridgeline ventilation system is a great upgrade from our roof turbines and ensures that our attic will have proper air exchange. The product quality is reflected in the 30 year warranty + Erie adds an additional 15 year warranty on top of that! Wow! New gutter guards were also placed and we couldn't be happier about that! The full install was completed in 1 day and the team of skilled workers were seamless. This was our second encounter with Erie Home; the first was in purchasing windows. The same salesperson worked with us both times. Nothing but good to say!Thank you Erie Home!

The installers were on time and were very friendly. I appreciated that they asked if they could set up their equipment in the front yard. When I affirmed that they could they were able to get right to work. Of course I could hear them on the roof, and glad it was not as noisy as I thought it would be. My husband would go outside and take pictures every now and then and then share the pictures with our family in another state. They were impressed to see how they were progressing. So we're we! When some of them took a break we enjoyed hearing the music on their radio. They almost finished the work that evening and let us know that they would be back in the morning. When they left we wanted to see the work they did and the roof looked just like the samples of what the field representatives showed us. We love it! One would never know it was a metal roof. The installers picked up all the debris around the house, too! We are very happy with the great job they did. I would highly recommend the Erie Home Roofing Resolutions to friends and family. Roof was done quickly and professionally. workers were very nice. went above and beyond on some things. the price was good so I'm happy about that because it came out of my pocket. which brings me to my only problem. which is NOT Erie's fault. i should have had a roofer and the insurance adjuster look at the roof before they did the work. because part of it may have been covered by ins. but that is on me. i should have gotten other quotes for hail damage.other than my mistake about not having it checked which is a long story dealing with my insurance company.at the end of the day they did a great job and it has stood up to two storms with high winds exceeding 50mph no loos shingles or any other damage.

The time for the windows to be made was shorter that I thought since they are custom made. When they showed up to install the windows, they did a great job. They even took down the blinds I was not able to reach and put them back up. They did a professional job, and left no mess behind. The gentlemen that did this job was respectful and checked with me on various situations. I'm very happy with the quality of the windows and the installation.

Materials were high quality. The new roof is more attractive than before. A few days after installation, rain, ice and snow have been the weather (it is Kansas) and the new protection is greatly valued. They replaced older vents and the attic is no longer so very hot on sunny days. Efficiency and care in installation was impressive, and it was finished in less than a day. Great to have gutter protection in this weather. The team worked together...impressive!

Overall a very good experience. Only had a couple little hiccups that were quickly resolved with a couple phone calls. The problems were handled and addressed before the crew left. Beautiful looking roof

Very diligent and friendly. Sales, bank and follow up were good. Roof looks nice and was completed quick. There was a bit of a hiccup in the actual delivery of materials and start date. I expected the materials but unsure of the exact date until it shows up at my house. The install was also scheduled via text at 3pm they would be there at 7am the next day. Roof took 2 days and they didn’t clean up between visits so I had to be careful with my dogs the first night. They did work fast as they wrapped up right as it started to snow the next day! New Roof held up great and the timing was very nice. Been up there and overall is much more solid as they fixed some of the issues from the previous old roof. Overall would do this again

These guys were wonderful to deal with. They came to our home on multiple occasions to explain all our options for roofing. They were thorough with explaining all the options and listening to our thoughts and concerns. We came to a decision which best suited our needs. We couldn't be happier.The installers wet also great. They worked and workers and then worked some more. They were super friendly and respectful of our property. We have three dogs and they were very careful to make sure they did not leave any gates open when we needed to let the pups out.Truly a great experience!

We contracted with Erie for new windows，originally we scheduled window installation on Friday，but the person contact us was sick，so we had to reschedule the following Monday. The person install the windows told us they usually have three staff，but for some reason they only have two on that day. They came around 9 and leave around 8 pm，I saw the installation staff worked the whole day to install all the windows around the house. They work hard and everything installed properly！Due to shortage，they do not have time to clean my house，so we need to clean by ourselves. But we understand，the install staff lives in Missouri and they probably gets home very late. Anyway， the new windows looks great and so far we like it！

Erie was amazing from the beginning with the sales that came to our home to the roofers who did an amazing job with the roof and the clean up afterwards. They all were easy to talk to and understood our tight budget and worked extra hard to get it within our price range as much as possible. I would suggest this company anytime!!

I'm leaving this rating because Erie has not completed my services. I contracted for eight windows and only seven were completed. The 8th window was measured incorrectly by two different people. The installer that came to put my windows in, remeasured the window and told me that that particular window would be expedited. It has been 4 weeks and I have had no status on this window. They just put back my old window and did not secure it and told me to make sure that I don't push on it. Considering some of the nice weather we've had this late in Missouri this window should have already been completed.UPDATEAfter posting the previous review, my window came in and was installed. It took 2 hours, which I was told and it looks wonderful. The area was cleaned and the installer answered a question about the latches. I am completely happy now!

Called NUMEROUS TIMES to receive the quote for the roof. I had people already come out and weeks went by without an email. I have called and talked to many people. One was a manager who seemed surprised I was calling. He told me he would do a little digging around and call me the next day. 3-4 days went by without that call or even a email.. but yet I have called plenty of times after we talked. Got a call talking about them wanting to come out for a free quote…. I already had people come out and still never got information for pricing. Why the hell would I want more people to come out to probably do the same thing. This “Business” is not even close to getting a higher rating. If only I was able to do Negative stars!

I'm not doubting the quality of the product or service. I need a new roof. My wife called and they showed up and inspected. They won't be in my home again. High pressure time share sales tactics. They made sure it lasted 3 hours and would not give me a bottom line until they completed their entire sales pitch. Buyer beware.

They were fast and efficient. I let them do their thing and they got it done. I was happy with the room and my house is better insulated now than before. I got a shingle right below the metal ones in strength. I would have gone with metal but underestimated the cost. It is worth it and save me money on my home insurance. They called me a day before dropped off a hauler trash bin and next day I had a new room.

I wrote a review not too long ago saying I was not real happy with installers. I feel like I need to post a different review. First off, I must say I am happy with my windows. I was contacted by the company and we had a lengthy conversation. He totally understood why I felt the way I did. Honestly, I feel bad I even wrote the last review. I have no doubt I would use Eerie again. Maybe in the future I will decide to get new doors and give them a call.

The only positive is that they finance. Also way over priced. Sight manager never communicated when he was coming had two pallets left on my lawn and killed the spots because he came on a day we wouldn't be home and his second attempt was a 10 hour notice. We were lucky we both had to stay home that day. They also said it would help with our home insurance they said they would communicat with my insurance company to make sure that happened they never did and it didn't come close to what they said we would be saving. They don't have there own crews that are local and work for them l. It's just a bunch of seasonal employees they throw together

What a joke, waited months, performed work after contract had expired. Installer was informed contract had been canceled already. Loan was written with multiple errors, when confronted they acted like they had done us a favor. Got approval for loan for an unemployed individual with no income for 2 years. If this isn't fraud, I don't know what is. Be careful, do not call or come near my property, take your loan fraud and scam somewhere else. Now I'm cleaning up a mess.
