I hired Johnson County Guttering to repair a gutter that was damaged after my neighbors tree fell on my home. I noticed wood rot developing behind the repaired gutter on the fascia and soffit. After several attempts to reach Kevin the owner, he informed me that the work was out of warranty and the damage caused by the improper installation was not his responsibility. Kevin finally sent his superintendent out to inspect the problem. When he put his level on the gutter he said it was not installed correctly causing water to pool exactly where the wood rot is. His superintendent found that the seam in the corner had completely failed and also that seams are expected to only be water tight for 3 years. Every other gutter on my home is over ten years old with no problems and no wood rot. It's unfortunate I can't post videos showing water dripping down the back of the gutter into the wood rot. Buyer beware.

They put a new roof on our home. The crew was excellent, very hard workers and efficient. While it is a fairly simple roof, they completed the job of removing two old roofs and installing the new roof in a day and a half. One of the gutters was damaged in the process and it was replaced the next day. I have used this company for gutters, siding, and now a roof and would use them again.

They were great to work with on scheduling, made good recommendations on the services I needed, and did a great job on thoroughly cleaning my gutters and all my downspouts and reported back on their findings. Tried Home Advisor and they sent 3 company's out to bid and 2/3 wouldn't return my calls after seeing the small job ($850). They wanted send more companies out. I said forget it. Found JOCO Guttering and Roofing with a google search and the rest was easy. Bid, schedule, showed up, completely easy experience with great work! Mike the installer was great!

Update: company apologized and I accept the apology. Thank you for reaching out and helping me feel better about my experience. Gutters and fascia boards look amazing and the price was reasonable BUT the customer service needs a lot of work:Gutters were installed much earlier than expected with minimal oversight needed from me. That was a nice but very frustrating surprise as I work in an office and not at home. The Ring doorbell notified me of their arrival even though they called the morning of but didn't really leave a voicemail. I repeatedly told them I have a severe hearing disability and that I'm deaf and they kept calling me after I instructed multiple times that texting and email would guarantee a faster response from me. When the project was confirmed they couldn't give me a hard date in which I needed because I wanted to replace the fascia boards myself to prepare for their arrival and decrease labor costs. After project confirmation, they told me they would call me in a few weeks to set a date as they are busy but they never called and they showed up out of the blue ready to work on my unprepared house. Their extremely unplanned early arrival made it impossible for me to prepare for them and ended up causing me to spend more on labor and materials as I felt very rushed to work with their schedule. My partner works from home but was very frustrated that the unexpected arrival and noise caused our pets to freak out and he wasn't able to prepare his workday for the interruptions.Another thing to note is that the payment methods are not listed anywhere in the website or the invoice. It is 2021 and I'm under 30 years old and haven't needed to use a check since 2015 so I had to run to the bank for a sheet of paper checks assuming that is the required payment method. Why aren't there any options to pay electronically on the website using the invoice/account number? That technology and website feature has been around for a very long time. Younger demographics are entering homeownership so the company should really consider adapting modern communication that accommodate disabilities and different payment methods. Because of this, I probably will not recommend this company to my peers.The whole experience left me feeling very frustrated as a deaf young individual with much less money in the bank account. At least the gutters look amazing and the prices were reasonable.

We have emailed and called multiple times about our gutters. We contacted you awhile back and was told by a woman that the gutter repairers would contact us to set up an appointment. We did not hear back from them ever, we have called countless times and emailed trying to get you out to fix the gutters. We have had many rain storms, our gutters are not draining properly and causing water to fill our yard. Our basement has flooded twice due to excess water not being taken away correctly through the gutters. We have had to remove carpet from the last rainstorm, due to the gutters still not being fixed, when we received the rain this week our basement flooded again... we now have water damage to tile and drywall in our basement. IF YOU LOVE YOUR HOUSE AND WANT YOUR GUTTERS TO WORK CORRECTLY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

They did a perfect job, and even salvaged the best part of the old gutter to create an extension. I appreciate it when they tell you why they make their recommendations. For example, those little divertors people put up to try to make the water do a hard turn? THAT'S where the leaves get backed up on the roof. The color matches the trim really well, too.
