Absolutely beautiful work on my home - we had an almost entire exterior remodel including siding, stonework, doors, and windows. The team worked hard to help us bring our vision to reality and it turned out even better than the 3D renderings (which I highly recommend). Our house went from drab and neglected to one of the most beautiful in the neighborhood. We get compliments all the time on how wonderful it looks. The upstairs room no longer needs an additional a/c unit with the window replaced and the James hardy siding has brought the heat in the attic down noticeably, our energy savings are already noticeable. Highly recommend this group and would work with them again! We plan to have a few more doors and windows replaced in the near future and will be repeat customers for sure.

Their attention to the smallest detail was impressive. They cleaned up every day before they left, and made our house look amazing. This company was great from the beginning to the end. They walked us through there process and answered all our questions. The install took a few days and we noticed the difference right away! The installers did a great job and were very professional. They even were able to work trim around our electrical conduit for our solar panels that looks seamless, very impressed. Very pleased with Johnson County Siding & Window. I ordered basement windows for a 90 year home and I was impressed by their customer service from the bid process until it was done. The two professionals working on the house were clean, polite and incredibly thorough. This wasn't an easy job (bars on the windows, cemented in old windows), and the change is remarkable. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant and kind. Will use again.

We used Johnson county for 6 new windows on our 1970’s house. They were very good at communication and did the job swiftly. It only took about 7 weeks to get our products ordered and then were immediately able to have the project started. We already notice a difference in our inside temperatures.

Great experience from the bidding process all the way to the final walk around after completion of the job. They had a middle of the pack bid they weren't the cheapest or most expensive. Woodpeckers had destroyed one side of our house. Joco Window and Siding installed JamesHardie siding on our house so woodpeckers won't be a problem for us anymore. The timeline on completing the job was accurate. They work efficiently and clean up everyday. One storm window was cracked when it was getting reinstalled. They repaired it and brought it back in a timely manner. I totally recommend Johnson County Window and Siding!

We had a great experience with JOCO Window. Everyone from the office, sales, installers and project managers made everything super easy and made me feel comfortable with the process. Being a Project Manager myself, I was impressed with the installers. They took the time to explain different things to me regarding install, operation, etc. They also took the time to try and minimize the mess as much as possible, laying down drop cloths, using the shop vac while making cuts, sweeping and microfiber mopping our hardwood floors when done and doing the best clean up outside they could while there was snow on the ground. They also found a huge gap in material that was letting cold air come right in the house making it extremely drafty in our kitchen.I have no issues recommending them to my friends.

I have more than 10 windows replaced with them, no complaints about the work quality, however the communication and customer service is TERRIBLE!First of all if you have any questions other than " I want to get some new windows through you guys, their receptionist is just a someone who "I can't answer this question, and our office manager/project manager is not available, I can leave a message".After ten emails back and forth communication about the delayed screen, which I was told it would be installed more than a month ago, there's still no response from them. And there's no place to complain!!Yes this company takes your money real fast, once they had your money, they don't care about customer satisfaction. Fool on me to pay for the last installment fee before having them install the screens.Edited:The screen finally arrived, more than a month later than initially promised date, grateful Johnson County Siding & Windows are able to provide half screens free of charge even though we were not aware we have full screen in the initial contract. Again, the window or screen installation work is very solid, but communication with customer about the project status and the explanation for the delayed reason could be further improved.

We highly recommend Johnson County Siding! They recently installed Hardie board on the wood gables, soffits & enclosed porches of our 45-year-old brick ranch. Jeremy, Nicholas & Ryan are great. They were clear in explaining what would happen on the project & answered our questions promptly. Cesar directed the siding team and reviewed their progress at least once a day, also checking to see if we had any questions or concerns. The siding team was a pleasure to watch as they were very organized and took great care in measuring and installing the material. They were quiet (no shouting, loud music, etc.) and kept the work area clean and tidy. The painting and gutter teams were also very professional. The project took several days and Nicholas was outstanding in co-ordinating the work teams and materials. We were so pleased with the Hardie project that we hired JoCo Siding again to replace our windows.They replaced our 16 drafty (even with storm windows) wood double-hung grid windows with Marvin Essential casement windows. The windows are beautiful and our home is more comfortable. We were concerned about the difficulty of installation on our 45-year-old brick ranch. However, after Johnson County Siding did such a great job on an earlier project, we were confident they would do well with the windows. Jeremy, Nicholas & Ryan were again clear in explaining what would happen on the project & answered our questions promptly. Jeremy was very helpful and patient as we explored the costs and features of various manufactuers and window types. Rosie and Jonathan methodically removed the old windows & meticulously installed the new windows. They were friendly and very considerate as they worked both inside and outside the house—they did fantastic! The project took a few days and Nicholas was again outstanding in co-ordinating the work and materials. We are very satisfied and would use Johnson County Siding for any future project.

Update 2/15/23: We wanted to give an update to our earlier review. We called Johnson County Siding & Windows when we noticed some minor air infiltration on several of the windows they had installed during the coldest days this winter. They came out to do an evaluation within 2 days and said they would come back when the weather warmed. They were true to their word! They were back out this week and worked to ensure that the air leaks were taken care of. Lynn & Kenneth did a great job- very thorough, made sure to discuss what needed to be done & did a great job cleaning up. Nick, the supervisor, came out as well to discuss the job with us and to ensure we were happy with the results. Absolutely recommend this company- They do a fantastic job and stand by their work!We cannot say enough about our recent experience with JoCo Siding & Windows! We recently bought a home and were a little overwhelmed to learn we needed to replace all 31 windows. We decided to hire JoCo after receiving about 5 estimates, not because they were the cheapest, but because of the amazing reviews and quality of their products. From the first to the last, they have been professional and great to work with. Steve provided the estimate and information from several follow-up questions we had and was responsive and timely. Nick came out to measure and ensure that everything was on the order that we had discussed, answering all of our questions and providing great information on the installation process (which also sets them apart in how they ensure the windows are well- sealed). We could not have been more pleased with Donny and his crew (Casey, Lynn, Nick & William)- they came every day on time, worked hard the whole day for the week plus it took to install, were always professional and informative, and left everything clean both as they went and at the end of each day. They were amazing to watch, both in their efficiency but also their precision in ensuring everything was installed perfectly- level, etc. Nick came out daily to check on the progress and to answer any questions we had. And to top it off, Ryan (manager?) came out the last day to ensure everything was perfect for us, even bringing a gift basket! All that said, we did find a couple of small holes in a few screens a few days later and called- Nick came that day to pick them up to repair them- Amazing service! Recommend JoCo without reservation!

I had all 9 of my windows replaced in my house. JCSW recommended the Marvin windows. Good choice. All went well on the project and the custom stain color came our very close to trim. Excellent work. Installation went very well and my wife is very happy with the results. We contracted with Jo Co Siding and Window to replace our vinyl siding and brick veneer with new siding and stone veneer on our 50+ year old house. From start to finish, our experience was very positive. Bill and his team helped us choose our stone, siding, door, and windows, and his team of professionals handled all the carpentry and stone work to the highest standards. The workers were careful and meticulous in their work. Unexpected problems like termite damage and a sagging porch roof were all handled properly. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the beautiful results. We highly recommend this company, and will be calling them next year to do the back of the house.

Very good experience. Installers were diligent and conscientious. Protected everything inside and out with drop cloths, wore protective boots to keep floors clean and vacuumed all dust and debris. Closed doors where appropriate to keep the noise down. Other than having new windows we couldn’t tell they had been here. Quality workmanship.

We contacted 4 different siding and window companies for bids on our exterior home remodel and JoCo Siding & Windows was the most responsive in working with us to figure out what we wanted and to work within our budget. There was a ton of back and forth negotiation and information gathering on all types of products. The major pro’s of JoCo were that they use their own team for installation (no 3rd party contractors), they have a free designer to help choose the aesthetics, and they threw in painting (foundation, other exterior doors, and garage door) for free!During the installation, Rosie’s team was incredibly professional and concerned with our satisfaction. They didn’t destroy any landscaping or tromp around leaving any messes. They neatly took down our Christmas lights and even offered to put them back up again if we wanted. The work they did was high quality and in talking with Rosie, I could tell he was an expert in his work.After the job was done, Justin made several trips to our home to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. There was a scratch on one window. He contacted the manufacturer to have the window replaced. Our Google doorbell had to be taken down for the new door. He made sure someone would be out to reinstall it for us. Any time I had concerns during the process, I was able to call, text or email Justin and he got back with me in a timely manner to resolve my concerns.My husband and I are thrilled with the results on our exterior remodel! We’ve had bad experiences with contractors in past and didn’t have high expectations going in to the project. Working with Johnson County Siding & Windows was a pleasure. They delivered high quality work swiftly for a reasonable price and were respectful of my home.When Kevin came by to provide the estimate it was a great experience. He looked at our windows, explained a few removal/installation options, and answered all my questions within 20 minutes. Compare that to one of his competitors who took 90 minutes before we had to bluntly end the estimate because our son's bedtime had already past. Kevin did a great job of telling me the high points, no dog and pony show necessary, just the facts. He emailed the estimate a couple days later. No negotiation or haggling, the price was the price and it came in much lower that his competitors...and there was no need for "oh let me see if you apply for this discount". Reasonable from the start.We waited a little less than two months for the windows to be manufactured. Once we were notified they were ready they were delivered and installed within a week. Communication was great the entire time, I was kept informed and knew what to expect and when. A team of three people worked on removing and installing 12 windows. After one full day they had all the new windows in and the interior work done. The next day they were rained out yet they still tried to do what they could before they called it quits. They finished up the exterior work in half a day, so about 1.5 days total...surpassed my expectations. They did beautiful work replacing the trim around the windows, I appreciate that they touched up my stucco where necessary with paint that I supplied. I found minimal trash in my yard, a couple slices of wood here and there which was acceptable for me. No nails or other more concerning items.After two heavy rain storms the windows have held up well. When Johnson County Siding & Windows tells me I can call them any time if something isn't right with the windows I believe them and do not feel the need to have a lifetime labor warranty as part of my contract with them. They answered all my questions during the consult, brought product samples to make sure we were visually happy with the window type before install, and we're very professional.The install team was amazing. They accommodated my requests to leave the room my pets were hiding in for last, answered my questions, and worked efficiently to get them done in a timely manner. Once the decision was made, they met their time-frame, and their workers were obviously well trained, and they cleaned up after themselves and even washed the new windows! I can't say enough about this family-owned business, operating on ethics you just don't find anymore.
