They put on a roof for me two years ago and did an outstanding job. Ryan Schendel goes above and beyond for all is customers. I'm a local real estate agent in the area and Ryan does his best to make himself available to answer any question that come up for our clients and has very customer service skills. We recommend them to our clients all the time and they always have a positive experience working with Midwest Roofing. As with any business, on rare occasions, there have been problems that have come up, but this company knows what it means to step up to the challenge and make things right. I'm happy to recommend them to all my friends and family.

We had a large tree fall on our house during a recent storm. The tree had punctured through our master bedroom ceiling and was bringing in a ton of water. I called Midwest Roofing the next day after the storm cleared and Ryan was onsite within minutes! He temporarily tarped the damaged section to prevent additional leaks and keep insects/critters out. Ryan ordered the necessary repair materials and put us on their schedule. They did an A+ job. I highly recommend! Great Service and Quality Work!

We have used Midwest Roofing in the past for a complete roof replacement and they did a nice job. However, following a recent hail storm we lost a few shingles off of the roof that needed to be replaced. Midwest came out to examine the damage and promised to call with an estimate. I made at least 4 follow-up calls over 3 weeks trying to learn our estimate and schedule the work. No one ever called me back. My impression is that they were uninterested in doing a small job even for a previous client.

Midwest did our roof two years ago--great job all around. We had some tress/plants we were worried about but no damage. Crew was extremely hard working and didn't interfere with anything we wanted to do. Strongly recommend.

Ryan was initially very responsive and absolutely assured us before starting the job that they would make sure there was sufficient attic ventilation (including, very specifically, soffit vents that our inspector said was lacking). After completion he told me several times that it really should have additional ventilation but that they don't add soffit vents and that we should just get a handyman or someone else (at extra expense) to make it right. This was for a nearly $25k re-roof, and we're now forced to hire another roofer to add the needed soffit vents. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional, and no longer responding to email or phone call. Strongly recommend you get everything in writing.
