Kyle did an amazing job handling the replacement of my roof! He was always available to answer questions and be the resource that I needed. Roofing Force has an internal insurance group that handled the communication and hurdle jumping with my homeowners which made the process that much more enjoyable.It's very hard to establish trust and not just be sold a story these days but Kyle and Roofing Force have both earned my trust and also my business as a result! The value of my home has been restored and the new roof looks sharp along with the new gutters and downspouts!If anyone ever asks me about needing anything done with their roof, I know the number to call!

They did a great job on our roof! Helpful with advice and examples of types and colors for shingles and other bits. Brandon was very responsive to questions and progress and handled everything great. We had one tiny problem from something rolling into a vent fan but it was repaired, and paid for by RF, the next day!We were the 10th homeowner on our street to have RF replace their roof over the last 2-3 years, some metal, some asphalt. I’ve also served as the HOA President during these jobs, so if anyone in the neighborhood had had any issues with their work or employee conduct, I would have heard about it. All I heard were stories of how well they worked with insurance companies, and how well they handled random discoveries like bees and bats. They kept the sites tidy, straightened up each night, and did a wonderful job cleaning up each time they were done.

The sales team the office staff and the field crews were very eager to do what was best for our family property. I worked with Marty Rangel - Roofing Specialist, and he make it so easy to get our roof replaced. From the scheduling to communicating with my insurance company on stuff they missed in the estimate, it was a "piece of cake" of effort on my part. Marty took care of everything. Also the roofers & gutter crews did a great job and finished the entire job in a couple of days. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I own a metal roof and wanted to replace my 30-year-old gutters. The roof was installed by Midwest Lifetime Roof Systems in 2007. I wanted a gutter system that included an integrated cover to keep leaves and other debris out. I first looked at LeafGuard, a nationally known and industry leader for gutter systems. They wrote a contract, but when their installers showed up, they indicated their product would not work on my type of roof. I recently contacted K-Guard that installs a similar product. Again, I had a contract, but their installers declined the work. Both bids came in at about $11,000, which I was more than happy to pay, but frustrated that neither company would do the work. I do credit both companies for their honesty that their product wouldn't work on my metal roof. I finally decided to call Midwest Roof to see if they could recommend a company that could install the kind of gutters I was looking for. They put me in touch with Carlos Luna at Roofing Force. He was familiar with my type of roof and assured me he had a crew that could install gutters with a cover that would work. Within a short time after talking with Carlos, he sent a crew out to inspect the roof, take the proper measurements, provide color samples and two different cover options. During that initial visit, the crew was polite and respectful. As cold as it was outside, they didn't even want to come into the house for fear of tracking in dirt. Within a few days, Carlos sent me a detail contract that included the high quality products I was looking for; the 6" gutters with 3" x 4" downspouts, all the connections necessary to tie into my drainage pipes and a substantial gutter cover. The total price was more than $5,000 cheaper than the national brands. The installation went perfectly. The crew showed up on time and removed and disposed of the old gutters and installed the new ones within a half of day. Their clean up was impeccable; no debris left behind at all. In addition, during their initial inspection, they found that the roof needed some maintenance. It was now 16 years old and some of the vent pipes and small areas of the roof was a little light of the granulers that cover the metal surface. While installing the gutters they completed this repair. Of course, this was an additional cost but very reasonable and the roof never looked better. I highly recommend Roofing Force for any type of roofing needs, gutter needs or repairs a homeowner might need. They did an EXCELLENT job!!!

Rick was awesome to work with. I am building a home in Pennsylvania and was researching stone coated steel terracotta-look roofing. I had trouble getting straight answers from the manufacturers because they were just trying to sell me on their products. I stumbled upon Roofing Force and reached out with my questions. I honestly did not expect a call back, but ended up getting a contractor to work with. Rick called back and took charge of my project and was upfront on everything. Being that he was an executive in the stone-coated steel industry, his knowledge is second to none. He did take-offs of my plans and broke down everything I needed and all the options to consider. We are more than one month into a roof replacement using Roofing Force that we were told would take a week. We are now experiencing heavy rain with a roof that is 10% new metal, 20% old wood shingles, 10% plastic sheeting, and 60% underlayment.The primary issue we have experienced is that company relies heavily on subcontractors. We have learned that if we raise concerns about these folks, instead of working with them to resolve the issue, Roofing Force simply fires them and finds a new team. (For example: the first group of workers, which was doing an excellent job, started taking off more of the old roof than we had realized they would do at one time, given what the original representatives had promised about working in parts. Result? They were fired, and a new team that had never done work before with this company showed up and haggled with the Roofing force representative in our driveway over a price to complete the job.) That was two weeks ago. The new team was just a couple dudes who smoked, talked, and shot nails in a tree stump more than they worked on our roof, and so now we are waiting for a third team (which we have been unconvincingly promised will be their best metal roof crew). Our driveway and garage are filled with roofing materials. Our roof is still covered with debris from the original, partially-completed tear-off. Rainless days have come and gone with no progress. Meanwhile roofing materials have been left out exposed to the rain. The neighbors keep asking us what the heck is up with our roof. If you are looking for a professional metal roof installation or customer satisfaction with the roofing process in general, don't choose these folks.

First it started with Rick not being able to show the first appointment. Was rescheduled then he came early with me not being home. Was asked toFax insurance adjusters quote, this was completed and no response. I called 3 times and text was told it was being reviewed a few times and so, I waited and this was 9/8/23 with no response still to this day. Mike Youngblood came out to talk to us about replacing our roof due to wind / storm damage. He spent several hours with us discussing our concerns and answering our questions and going over different options. He brought samples out and he made the whole process easy and seamless. The crew that came out to replace the roof were amazing! Detailed and very skilled and really knew what they were doing. I didn't see them take a break all day they were very hard workers.
