I had a small kitchen fire in my house. Fortunately it was very minor and only resulted in some minor smoke and soot damage to the range and the woodwork above the range.I called ServPro to come give me an assessment of the damage. Michael was out to the house within 24 hours. He was very professional, walked me through the damage he saw and exactly what was going to be needed to get it cleaned up like it never happened. His team member Jennifer was out the next day to get the clean up completed. Jennifer was friendly, professional and thorough. She got the range and the wood worked cleaned within a few hours and it really was like it never happened! I highly recommend ServPro! And thank you to Michael and Jennifer for the work that they did getting our kitchen back to normal!

Daniel, Allan, and Erik were all great to work with. They did a great job of taking care of everything we needed, were polite, and made sure to answer all of our questions. The team who came in and did the initial clean up and demo of the ceiling and bathroom we needed to have worked on did a great job and were super clean.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Staff that came out to do the tearing out was great but after that was the worst service ever. Could not get the project manager ever to call back to see what the next steps were. Called the office and they said someone would call me right back. We week later still no call. Finally got the office manger to call when I said I was going to file a BBB complaint and like everyone else she said she would call be and nothing. They sent someone out to put up temporary doors up and said we would a quote by Monday by EOD. This is after we asked for it over a week ago. If you someone that will give you dates and not go by them this is the company for you. A lot of promises and then a lot of let downs. Now we are stuck trying to find someone to clean up their mess. They are quick to rip out sheet rock is destroy a basement and then they just drop you. We are looking at almost a month now.

Our house had complete smoke damage on both floors from a protein based smoke. It left an oily residue on everything we owned.Called ServPro and from that very point I knew we were in goods hands. The administrative staff processed all my information and established a good working relationship with my USAA insurance representative. They arrived the day after the smoke damage. The team lead was Matt and he is a true professional.His team evaluated the damage and then developed a step by step plan to bring the entire house, all our belongings to include all textiles, and started the coordination for us to be housed in a safe place during the total restoration process.Matt laid out the entire plan for us and was very patient with us as we started to grasp the immensity of the task. Matt put us at ease by his take charge attitude and the quality of his team’s work. I was informed of each phase completion of the restoration plan and had the opportunity to inspect the work, before the next phase started. He coordinated all work done by subcontractors to ensure high quality of work.When the reclamation plan was completed I was very pleased with the attention to detail that was very evident by the quality of work that was done.

You must have sent me the best crew that you have! Albert and Sam were friendly, respectful of me and my property and professional! Very hard workers. They got the demo and mitigation done in such a way I could probably eat off the floor! And they kept me informed from start to finish. These young men show pride in their work and a strong work ethic. I was actually sad to see them go. And my dog liked and trusted them which is saying a lot! I hope that ServPro recognizes the high level of customer service that Albert and Sam provided . They made a bad situation in my home and lot less stressful. THANK YOU GUYS!

Matt was my first point of contact and was super helpful in talking through the process of what I needed done. He was very kind and transparent with the entire process, including what we could expect from filing a claim through our insurance company. Kevin and Kevin came to our house and did a fantastic job with our clean up. They answered every question I had and didn’t blink an eye when I said I had come up with yet another question. Not to mention we feel our home is safe from bacteria/mold and they got our house smelling so much better again. Every person who came out to check the moisture levels of our walls, pick up equipment, etc. was so helpful and made a very unfortunate event so much easier.

By far the MOST HONEST company I've ever had come do a mold inspection. The mold inspector that came to check my house, Daniel, was honest on his evaluation. Unlike other mold inspectors who are trying to bid you for the most work, he actually told me what work could be possible and why he would recommend/not recommend doing the work at the given time. He was not a salesman at all, and I appreciate that because I'm not trying to get sold to. He was truly looking for my best interest as the client. Needless to say, they are now my go-to company if I ever run into water damage issues in the future again.

Kevin B and Adonay did the remediation and they were super professional and *fast*. They packed up everything in the area and left my kitchen spotless at the end of the day. I was devastated when water ended up all over my kitchen floor and into the basement, which I could not get to stop. My insurance company sent Servpro to start the process of drying the kitchen and basement entry. I was with the inspector when he evaluated the damage. I was shocked to find that the water had completely ruined the hardwood floor and cabinets in the kitchen, and the downstairs was completely damaged as well! I was heartbroken, then the gentleman with Servpro turned to me and said," We can make this tragedy look like it never happened. " I felt a sense of relief and curiosity to see if his statement was true. I watched as the hardwood was torn away from the floor. I was asked about the color I wanted the cabinets to be and all of the other components to make me whole again. I had the BEST carpenters as we worked together to make my kitchen a masterpiece! Niel and José worked with pride and a sense of love for the craft. The transformations were unbelievable. I loved everything they completed because they did not miss anything, which made me excited to see the kitchen finished. The basement was done exactly as I imagined! When I saw the completed kitchen and downstairs, I thought back to the statement I was told as I was looking at all of the damage. "We will make it look like it never happened." The tears in my eyes represented my appreciation for the true statement! I can enjoy my kitchen and cooking cheesecakes for my family again! I especially want to thank Niel and José for giving their absolute best every step of the way and leaving me with a job well done!! First and foremost, you have a lot of choices when it comes to repairing or reconstructing your house after fire and water damage. Under no circumstances would I recommend you use ServPro in any capacity. We had a fire with extensive damage requiring a full pack out of all our belongings and nine months of work to reconstruct to our house.We went with ServPro mainly due to the positive reviews, which is why I’m writing this review today. If I can stop even one family from going through what we did with ServePro then it’s worth it. After nine months we are back in our house even though the upstairs is still not finished and the quality of the work throughout the house is incredibly poor. At this point they have stopped work and we do not know when/if our house will ever be restored back to what it was before the fire.On the pack out: Our belongings were delivered back to us damaged. The power cords and hardware needed to put our TV, Couch and other electronics back together were not delivered at all. Several other items are still missing.On the construction: The absolute ineptitude is too extensive to list. Instead, I will share a few pictures of what was considered “done” by the ServPro crew. Keeping in mind that we had raised concerns about the quality of the work the entire time they were here working on our house. We were told repeatedly that it’s part of the process and the finished product would more than meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we had to be here day after day to make sure things were getting done due to multiple things being missed. It goes without saying that our "expectations" were never met.On top of all of that ServPro also caused damage to our house and property. When ServPro removed our fridge as part of the pack out they left the water line uncapped and damaged the wood floor to the point that the new fridge (old fridge was brought back but no longer worked) is off balance and does not fit properly.The ServPro crew that was initially working on the house had vehicles with oil leaks. Though we pointed this out continuously nothing was ever done about it. The result is permanent oil stains in our driveway and street.We did finally get through to ServPro that the quality was so terrible that we could not move in and they did take action. The entirety of the upstairs had to be redone. They are in the process of doing that work but have now stopped due to not wanting to wait on the money coming from the mortgage company. All of which is beyond our control, but we are the ones left with an unfinished home.If there are further updates, I will post them here. I would strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere. The loss that comes with having a house fire is difficult enough without dealing with the stress, heartache, and pure incompetence of ServPro.Services: Remodeling, Flooring, Painting, Fire damage cleanup & repair
