True Grit Roofing Company provided the roofing services for my house and it has been a great experience to work with them. I'm completely satisfied with the roofing services that have been done within estimated time. First of all, the Roofing expert did the evaluation and gave the estimation of costs and time. The the quality product of Architectural Shingles with the class 4 hail impact resistant roof has been installed which will also can used to claim a discount on the insurance premium. The midnight black colored roof as shown in the attached pictures shows ultra modern look of the roof that can please the neighbors and insist them to go with it. The company completed the project on time and also without disturbing the resident in any manner. The roofing expert took pictures of the project time by time to show the progress as well as the output. The company provided all the documentation and picture links to support the insurance claim. Also at the end of the project , the roofing expert did the inspection of the roof completely and took our feedback to check the complete acceptance of the completion of the project. We are completely satisfied and happy to see our roof that looks great and secure for many years to go. I also recommend the True Grit Roofing Company to everyone who want to go with the new roof.

After getting an unexpected roof leak in our new bathroom remodel, I called several companies straight from google. Nobody could come out the same day, I get it. It was last minute...until I found True Grit. They were very responsive, even though my job was small Luis came out the same day, gave me an email bid, with pics. Luis went up in my attic temporarily fixed the water from coming through, and came back two days later when the rain stopped and fixed it. Luis is a genuinely nice, professional person. I like their business model. He kept in contact with me the whole time. The leak was fixed in under two hours, the bill came the next day online, with step by step pics ( I have never seen this before and I was very impressed) , I paid it and I don't think I will ever call another roofer. They do construction as well, and I will be needing gutter estimate, and will be calling True-Grit. 5 Stars!

I noticed a water stain around a bathroom vent in the ceiling. Over the weekend, I requested a consultation from True Grit Roofing Company because they had recently fixed a similar issue at my son and daughter-in-law's house. Claudia contacted me on Monday and Sergio (the owner) came out to the house two (2) days later. He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to fix it on the spot. I'm older now and don't like crawling around the attic so this was a very valuable service he provided to me at an extremely reasonable cost. I was also very impressed with the quality work Sergio and his crew performed at my son and daughter-in-law's house! Thank you Sergio and Claudia!!

A five-star experience start to finish. We received several roofing quotes, and True Grit topped the competition in even the estimate process. We learned so much about roofing from Sergio, who spent as much time as we needed with us so we could make an educated decision about what was best for us, both in budget and roofing type. They were patient throughout all our questions, and the roofing team was quick and courteous. They had to take a panel off our fence to move debris in and out, and closed the gap that evening so no one could get in during the night. Luis, our project manager, was communicative through the whole process, and the team sent us HUNDREDS of photos of everything they did throughout the whole process when it was all done. Highly recommend.

This was the best experience that I have ever had with a contractor. I called on the weekend and Claudia answered letting me know what day they would be there for an estimate. It’s amazing when someone says that they’re going to be there at a certain time and they show up, I just needed a few things done on my roof and my soffits taken Care of. Sergio climbed up and looked over the roof to make sure the roof was OK as well. While he was there, he took photos of the entire roof. So that I could see that I would need to replace my roof. What was amazing about this experience is he didn’t pressure me to say you need to get a new roof today. He addressed the concerns that I had and let me know that they could take care of me, the best part is he was there my neighbor needed some work done at her house as well. He jumped right over onto their roof checking everything out to make sure they were good if I could give them 10 stars I would have. They have earned a lifelong customer. On the day that they were set to come out and do the work they were on time. They also took pictures detailing everything they did so that we knew nothing was missed. I can’t say enough good things in this review about them from the first phone call to the follow up, it has been amazing. If you’re looking for a company that you want to use for your roofing needs. This is that company.

I just want to say I'm writing this review after much trials and tribulations and suffering and now that I've calmed down. Long story short Shamrock roofing company supposedly gave me a new roof. However, a few months later when winter came my bedroom that had had pretty extensive water damaged and we had had repaired was completely damaged again. When I contacted Shamrock they acted like they didn't know what I wanted them to do. They told me they would come out and look at it and they didn't even do that and they didn't do any repairs. This was after of course being a huge insurance deductible for both the cost of the roof and the cost of the repair to the upstairs bedroom. So when they wouldn't help me, I hired True Grit. True Grit Roofing came out and repaired my roof, and even when a couple obstacles came their way, they came back and they came back again and they came back again to make sure that my roof would not leak if I got my bedroom fixed again. For that I am very thankful and plus I have a warranty. Thank you true bless all your hearts

We worked with Sergio to redesign and construct the front portico of our home. It was a phenomenal process from beginning to end. Sergio’s communication with us was perfect: he sent the estimate quickly, started the job the day he said he would, texted before arrival every morning and would make a point to catch me at the conclusion of every day with an update or with any questions he had. Both he and his crew were so kind and respectful to my husband and I, our children and our property… But best of all they were fast, on budget and the final product was absolutely perfect. True Grit just finished a full roof replacement that had a mix of asphalt shingles and standing seam metal and included full gutter replacement. I have also used them in the past to do LP smart siding on my house. I enjoy working with them as they do a quality job and follow-up on any issues you have. Sergio does a good job of explaining options including the pros and cons of different materials. He knows many of the insurance adjusters as well and how the process works when you need to get a new roof. When I asked about doing some standing seam metal to replace shingles on the front of the house for aesthetics he noted I possibly had more damage on the rest. He checked and it confirmed I should make a claim which I did. Had the whole roof done and gutters. Looks great.Services: Gutter repairs, Roof installation
