Had such a great experience with VernCo! We had a leak this morning and called them at the recommendation of our insurance. They were at our house within hours and called when they were on the way. They came in and looked at the leak then went up and inspected the roof. They were able to do a quick repair and didn't even charge us. Kyle and his co-worker were quick, professional and polite. They showed me pictures of the issue and did an excellent job explaining what was wrong. I was fully prepared for them to try and tell me we needed a new roof and to have to get multiple estimates. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Very prompt to follow up and schedule a roof inspection (has been pulling teeth to get others to show up). Very honest/respectful conversations and summary of how the inspection went. Weren't just trying to twist my arm in to replacing things that didn't need replaced to get paid, but felt like my best interests were at mind. Will be reaching out to them regularly as my roof continues to age.

I am so glad I was referred to Vernco Roofing by my insurance agent. I had water damage in nearly every room of my home after a few days of sub zero temperatures. Kyle, Eric and Ryan came by to check on my roof for possible damage. I was bracing myself for the news that I needed to replace my roof but after inspection they told me my roof was in excellent shape! They went into the attic and determined that the problem was due to the humidity levels in my home. They went to my HVAC unit and checked it out and offered me advice on adjusting the humidity. These terrific guys went above and beyond and even cleaned out some of my gutters while they were on the roof. Vernco could have taken advantage of the fact that I had an insurance claim but they did NOT. Can not express enough gratitude and thanks for the honesty and integrity that Kyle, Eric and Ryan showed! I WILL be calling them for my next roof repair or replacement!!! If you are looking for honest roofers, call Eric and Kyle from VernCo. I had a couple of water stains on my ceiling due from leaks around some vents on my roof. They inspected my roof, caulked around a vent that was causing one leak and took pictures to show me the problem areas. They also went one step beyond and inspected my attic to make sure the vents were properly vented and took pictures to show me where the leaks were coming from. They advised me that new vents would be a good option to prevent further leaks due to the crazy weather we have here in Kansas. When I asked them how much I owed, they said nothing. What a surprise… it’s great to see that there are still some good people that are there to help others. I will definitely use them when I decide to change out my vents. Thank you both so much!! Thank God for honest people like Eric McHugh! I call VernCo to look at my roof after a wind storm to see if I had any damage, (which I did on one corner of my roof) but I needed them to look and see if there was any other damage to the roof. Eric came to my door showed me pictures he had taken and told me everything was good except for the one spot where the wind had blown up the shingles and he repaired the damaged area. When I asked what I owed, he told me nothing. My husband & I were so appreciative because I had other roofing companies come to give us an estimate an they were going to charge me $450.00. If and when I ever need a roof he will be the first person I call. Thank you Eric and God Bless!
